I go every other week with my daughter to eat lunch on Sundays I came into this Donnie's deli I ordered a baked potato which I really don't like because it turns to sugar, not only that is all kinds of pesticides inside of potatoes, but I don't like eating a lot of garbage, I asked the clerk what kind of butter do they use on their potatoes I said is it real butter or is it margarine, he told me he wasn't really sure but he thought it was really real butter, come to find out this morning that was a lie or probably more that he just didn't know what he was talking about, it's a synthetic it's a fake butter made with oils, I've worked so hard over the last five years to stay healthy and keep from having another heart attack, I'm disappointed there's no posted nutritional factors and tell what is fake and what is real in this place, I couldn't eat the potato anyway because the cheese that they put on it was fake cheese it wasn't real, you couldn't really even get it to melt at all, that was a turn off for me unless these places start selling healthy food to keep Us alive and not sick all the time for big pharma,they're going to find out that millions and millions of people are coming out in droves right now trying to find something healthy to eat versus the BS restaurants that serve crap and doesn't care about their consumer base. That being said I can't go back to Donnie's deli anymore neither can my family until they change some things from beef tallow, real grass-fed butter, healthy condiments like in the mayonnaise, and stop using vegetable oils that is claimed by the FDA to be healthy which in fact we know it causes heart attacks, you can't trust three different entities in this country besides restaurant itself trying to be cheap, we know high fructose corn syrup is a danger, we know that vegetable oils are really a danger, we know that saturated fat is good for us we should consume a lot of salt inways like Baja gold sea salt with 91 minerals, Celtic Sea salt in Himalayan if you can get that authentic, there's a lot of controversies over at Himalayan, it's time for these places to bring out the organics call Monday go through food pretty quick so they don't really have to worry about it spoiling but they should not even attempt to put APEEL VEGETABLES IN FRUITS ON THEIR MENU. Good evening, Mr. Placencia and Mr. Atherton.
I have been ordering online to your company for the last 2 years. I have worked in customer service for over 25 years.
Today I placed a call-in order because I was at a doctor’s appointment and your restaurant was right across the street from where I had my doctor's appointment.
The young lady, that I spoke with who was getting my order on the phone was nice at the time.
Once I arrived to pick up my order, the young lady had given me the incorrect amount to pay. I asked to speak to her manager concerning the incorrect amount.
After 15 minutes, no manager. I spoke to another staff that worked there and asked if I could see a manager. Please keep in mind, the place was not busy at all.
I asked the young lady which took my order her name and she responded to me that her name was customer service. I stated to the young lady that I was not trying to get her in trouble.
I was letting the manager know the young lady which took my order so we could straighten out the situation which went wrong.
I ordered The Wild Salmon-Wich Half, which was $10.18 however, there were 2 Wild Salmon-Wich on the website. The other Wild Salmon-Wich was a Regular which was for $12.85. I ordered the $10.18. Once I walked over to the restaurant, and they rang up the order, they said it was $14 dollars and some change.
I said to another young lady that was a little overpriced, because it said $10.18 plus taxes, and it wasn’t adding up. She said on their system it check out it only has one price for the Wild Salmon-Wich. I asked to speak to a manager, which his name was Howard. Howard stated the same thing. Please allow me to say this......
It’s not about the money and I'm not looking for any discount. The price which was stated on the your website should have been corrected. The restaurant should have given me the price of the meal which was stated on the website.
I was extremely disappointed in the service I received there.
I will think twice before I enter or order from this restaurant again.
Please have some of your staff to be more respectful when talking with customers.

Read moreThe service that I received today was subpar and very disappointing. The gentleman by the name of Terrance that happens to be an ASSISTANT MANAGER located on Poplar is a poor representation of management for this nice restaurant. First off, he did not greet me and his presence was not befitting of a manager. When I came back with my food, he then put my bag on the counter and my small bag of food on top of it and went back to what he was doing. There was no interaction at all. He never said thank you and did not place my food in the bag. Instead he got back on phone taking orders. I am a faithful Jason's Deli customer at the Cordova location and the atmosphere is very different. I am greeted with a smile every time and never is my food placed on the counter for me to bag. And they always thank me for my service. I then called Terrance about his rude behavior and he yelled at me and told me that he is busy and understaffed. He also told me that that it was my perogative to feel how I want. The sad part about it is that he can not see his error, therefore he is unreachable to change. From now on I will stay at the location in Cordova because it's sad when a restaurant will take your money and then treat you so poorly! I work in management so I know how customer service should go.
