Rating this a zero. I came into Smoothie King and tried to purchase a 32 oz Island Impact. They stated that they didn't have any change for a 20.00 dollar bill, and I would have to pay with a card. Then, when I asked to speak the manager to inquire as to why they didn't have any change in the cashiers drawer. He stated it had been slow day. I then asked him for the number for the corporate office. He then went into a cashiers drawer underneath the drive thru window and attempted to give me some change for the 20.00 dollar bill. Read moreI gave this location more than enough chances before I decided to do a review. This is the worst location in the surrounding area. It’s not the area because the Starbucks down the street has better service. The people at the window has poor customer service, maybe two out of ten times the service was better but there’s no greeting just them stating the price. I had several times the smoothie was too thin and one time when an older lady, maybe the manager, made the smoothie, I kept tasting ice bits.
