Dixie Queen — Restaurant in Memphis

Went to drive thru Ordered a Banana split. Watched the guy peel banana and had No Gloves on. I asked that he wear gloves. He did not seem to like that but he did it. Then dropped knife on floor so when I got it I asked if I could get some ice for my bag to get back to Olive Branch The cashier and the one making the banana split thought that was funny and o surf and were talking about it as I drove off ! First time I came here they messed up my whole order. Food was not good.

Tried again and ordered something else. Ordered food, waited in line for 20mins just to get to the window and be told they don’t have 1/2 of what I ordered. The other part of my order was cold, which is crazy since everything is supposed to be made to order. Cheese wasn't even melted on my sub. Was not good at all. Fries were good though. Koolaid is really good.

I get so frustrated with fast food. Every single thing they give you costs extra. I ask for a 10 piece they give me all drummies and the 2 flats were burnt! But if I ask for flats that’s $3 extra, a piece of bread $1 extra, dipping sauce $1 but if I call and share my experience the managers are pissed. This is not how restaurants are supposed to be! Who are the owners? Guess yall...
