Moe's Hot Wings — Restaurant in Memphis

I ordered the 30 piece party wings three ways.but the wings were fried really hard. And when I realize this i called the restaurant but they were closed so i called back the next day to speak with the manager,the worker told me he wasnt there.So i told her about the wings,about how the wings was fried real hard,and i couldn't eat them.So I threw them in the trash they where to hard to eat. They lied and said that they where still open when we called no answer, so he went back up there to talk with them but they where not open. I spend my hard earn money there just about every other weekend so I should be able to get more respeat than that and better service.This dont make no sense for anyone to be treated like that. I feel that the manager there should of treated us better.No one wants real hard fried wings. I tried this place because I wanted to switch from my regular wing spot. I ordered the 25 piece wing and I let the woman know that it was my first time. I had read the reviews and noticed one saying they fry their wings too hard. So I told the lady" can you fry my wings lightly, I do not want them hard. She said ok. A young girl was in the back cooking. Took them home my kids said they were good. I only had one and it was ok. So the following weekend I went back to this place spent 50 dollars on wings and fish.
