Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Memphis

I want to give a big shout-out to Marlisha W and the entire team at Moe’s on Germantown Parkway! This location truly goes above and beyond every single time I visit. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, and the restaurant is consistently clean and welcoming. The staff are kind, professional, and genuinely care about providing excellent service.

Marlisha, in particular, deserves special recognition. She always greets me with a smile, remembers details about my order, and makes me feel valued as a customer. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make every visit a great experience. She is a true example of what outstanding customer service should look like, and she represents this location with excellence.

Even though I’ve recently moved a little farther away, I still go out of my way to come to this specific Moe’s. That should tell you how much I appreciate the service and atmosphere here. This has become my favorite Moe’s, and I genuinely look forward to stopping by whenever I’m in the...

It's unfortunate that I have to give at least one star. I guess the fact that the food is acceptable for the price earns it that, but definitely no more.

The place was dirty and had a strong weed smell out front. That wouldn't be a knock against them if the guy taking our order wasn't so obviously high that he couldn't possibly have cared less about taking our order. The food all looked like it had been sitting out for a long time.

The cashier didn't even bother to give us all the items she rang us up for but still asked if we'd like to leave a tip after the 2 employees we interacted with gave us the poorest service imaginable, simply because they really did not care whatsoever about their jobs or customer service.

We chose this spot because the review score was good. I'm at a loss for how it could possibly be. The food isn't anything to come back for, the place is treated like a dump and the employees couldn't be worse if they tried. Go somewhere else....

I give 2 stars because the first lady that was making a burrito bowl for me was extremely polite.

When I went to check out, I was told the Moe Monday special has to be ordered on the app. I was trying to pull up the app and was told it was too late, I would have to pay what the young lady had rung up. I explained that I had only come for the special and if I could not get the Moe Monday price, then I was not making a purchase. The lady grabbed the bag with the burrito bowl, chips and salsa and turned around and threw it in the garbage.

I am amazed that she would choose to throw away food rather than allow a customer to place an order on the app. In looking at it now, I am not terribly surprised by her actions as she was as rude as possible.

It is safe to say that I have very little interest in visiting any Moe's after the actions of the lady checking people out...
