Usually I donāt have any problems They are super nice people but however today when I came around 4:00 p.m. there was an elderly Korean woman assisting me she is always super nice but today when explaining to her what I wanted on my plate she made a mistake and put shrimp instead of honey sesame chicken I explained to her that Iām highly allergic to shrimp she said oh Iām so sorry she emptied the shrimp from the plate back into the shrimp serving bowl than she grabbed the same spoon and headed straight for the honey sesame chicken I said no no no mame I can not eat from the plate you just removed the shrimp from because Iām allergic Iāll need a new plate because the shrimp she put on my tray earlier had already touched the chow MEIN and the plate I told her that if I were to eat anything from the plate my lips would swell and Iād be in the hospital she said āyes Iām so sorry I donāt know what I was thinking ā than guess what guys SHE DUMPS THE CHOW MEIN THAT SHE ALREADY PUT SHRIMP ON FROM MY PLATE BACK INTO THE CHOW MEIN SERVING BOWL AND SHE REACHES FOR A NEW PLATE AND THAN TRIES TO SERVE ME THE SAME CHOW MEIN THAT SHE JUST SERVED ME I WAS SO SHOCKED I LITERALLY THOUGHT I WAS BEING PRANKED SO THAN I SAY MAME WHY DID YOU DO THAT SHE SAID NO NO LOOK I MOVE IT I GIVE YOU THE BOTTOM š”š”š”š”š”š”š” I had to explain all over again and she said oh no Iām so sorry I had to literally drive to another location and I called corporate as well and now I am leaving a review here that was the worst experience Iāve ever had in my entire life does she know that that could literally land someone in the hospital? Thatās extremely terrible and Iāll never ever return Iāll definitely make sure this issue never happens again I will stay on corporate until I know this is getting taken care of. Please be careful everyone only if you have a shrimp allergy. But usually this place is ok but unsure why this isnāt taught to not cross...

The lady at the mobile counter clearly moonlights as a professional mime because she nailed the āignoring a customerā routine. After an Oscar-worthy performance of pretending I didnāt exist, I finally got her attention. She looked for my order, failed, and proceeded to say, sheād āfigure it out later,ā which I assume means after Elon has colonized Mars. Immediately returned to her regularly scheduled program of doing absolutely nothing waiting for others picking out their food to make there way down the line.
Ten minutes turned into fifteenth, so I ventured down the line to find two employees just, chilling with the boys, instead of filing orders in the middle of a busy shift. I stood there, like a statue at an art exhibit, while they worked hard at not working and even harder completely ignoring me, it is an artform here. After a polite hello? (okay, maybe I was channeling a frustrated, what the junk?), one guy graced me with a āYeah?ā as if I was interrupting his extremely important task ofā¦existing.
Eventually, after more fumbling and confused looks and the speed of a sloth trying to solve a Rubikās Cube, someone finally made my meal. And let me tell you, Iām pretty sure that same sloth couldāve cooked it faste and better.

At one time I was there I ordered about four or five different dinners and did not receive two egg rolls. I explained to the gentleman what had happened. The young lady said she was going to write my name down and that never happened! So he went on to tell me that he's not going to be able to give me my egg rolls cuz he can't find my name in the book I was telling him I have plenty of money to purchase egg rolls if that's what I want I have no reason to sit here and lie to you about two egg rolls that cost a dollar each! Then whoever the manager on duty came over to the register he was really really nice he said that I'll give you one of your egg rolls tonight and next time you come in I'll give you another one why I don't know but anyway he was really nice! There was about 5 people that walked out of the restaurant because they were all in there playing and not serving the food like they should have been this was the worst experience I have ever had it Panda Express! They really need the district manager or somebody to go and talk to the people who work at that location because it's horrible I used to enjoy going to Panda Express the experience that I had tonight more than likely I will never...
