I would recommend not going when it's even remotely busy if you don't want people breathing down your neck while playing the putt-putt. People are supposed to wait 2 courses behind you according to the instructions and I swear we were probably 3 or 4 courses ahead of this one family and it seemed they had quite a few people playing too but somehow before we knew it they were right on our butt's. Also, the clerks and the manager working there at the front desk were very unhelpful with our coupon. And it seemed like everything I had to ask them when they should have been the ones already telling me or helping me figure out how to have the best experience. I don't remember all the specifics now bc it's been a little while. But basically we couldn't get the right e-mail code sent to us so we had to wait at least a few minutes and try 2 different emails to finally get it, it was through clippers magazine. While we were waiting they could've helped us get like an hours worth of play time but I had to bring it up, I guess they thought we were just going to stand there or go somewhere else while we waited for our turn to play the minigolf. The thing was supposed to call us or maybe text when it was our turn, idr if it did, but it was so loud in there I was nervous I would miss it. So I had to keep an eye on my phone and the line-up TV just to make sure. I ended up just asking the person tending to that area instead. But yea, that process took away from me enjoying the moment playing games with my family, it just ramped up my anxiety. It would be better if you had a buzzer device...
Read moreSometimes we dont realize how far a little kindness goes! After three failed attempts to take my son somewhere fun for his 9th birthday today, we ended up at Monster Mini Golf and let me tell you I am so glad we did. We were welcomed by smiling and kind faces and after I explained the details of the day and that it was my sons birthday they gave me the best deal for us two to have a good time. We played games, did mini golf, played some more games, picked out our prizes and for the grand finale we played laser tag! It was just the two of us so one of the workers joined in and made it even more fun. My son was laughing and having a great time, which 2 hours prior to that he was crying in the car cause the other places we tried weren’t open or had other issues. Monster Mini Golf’s employees made our day!! Their kindness alone was worth every penny spent there today! If I could give Monster Mini Golf more than 5 stars I would. Thank you especially to the three employees there today who were caring enough to make my little boy feel special! We...
Read moreI went here for the first time Sunday. It was a reward for my son for being good throughout the school week. There was a escalated situation instigated by a white female worker. She wrongfully and without evidence pointed a finger at someone one in my group. It turns out a child was playing with money and lost it.
Nobody was accountable for the uncomfortable position the worker put us in by lying about what she saw to the customer who lost it.
The customer was very hostile to my friend around our kids.
The kids were excited so we decided to stay and wait because we had already asked for our name to be put on a waitlist. We had already paid for it and could not be refunded.
About double the quoted time passed and nobody informed us they had taken our name off the waitlist ( even though we never requested it be taken off).
The same worker was rude to my child and I felt it would be racial since every other guest there was caucasian and we were the only Hispanics there.
Will...
