Kroger bad customerservice I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO. I KEEP TRYING TO LET THEM REDEEM THEMSELVES BUT EVERY TIME THEY MESS UP. I PAID FOR MY GROCERIES THE BOY WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY FOOD BECAUSE I COULDN'T REMEMBER MY PIN FOR MY DEBIT CARD. BOY TOOK EVERYTHING BACK SAID HE HAD TO VOID THE ENTIRE ORDER. I CHECKED THE ORDER IT SAID order COMPLETE NOW THERE IS NO FILE OF RECEIPT on my past purchases also no email of this receipt I did not receive all my items here we go it will be applied back to my card. This happened on Oct 8 now it's 10 days later I didn't get my correct items. Since they showed me they don't want my service I am never going back it's terrible now I have to battle to receive a refund. The 1 800 number customerservice just as worse...

I love Trinity Commons shopping center! I go there almost daily. Course there's the large Kroger complete with Pharmacy and gas, that is the best Kroger in Memphis I believe! But there's also Panera Bread, an Italian restaurant, there's a uniform shop, a cell phone supply store and maybe repair, and a large bouncy play area I think called Urban Air for kids. This strip mall can get busy at times but it has so much to offer that you just learn to accept the crowds. Here there's a decent Kroger, a moderate liquor store, several serviceable restaurants, and a few banking options and novelty shops. There's even a trampoline park tucked away back there.
