Taco Bell — Restaurant in Memphis

I had got off work after a long shift and this was my first meal of the day. I came to the drive thru at 11:14pm and ordered a #2 steak XXL burrito with NO SOUR CREAM OR TOMATO. (out of Baja blast, but I can compromise, got a regular mountain dew) The lady said the #2 doesn't come with tomato and I told her that I ordered it last time and they put tomato all in it. (on the screen it showed she hit the add tomato button, then erased it and it switched to the total screen for $8.07. So I got kinda worried then and pulled up. During my wait, a jeep drove away as well as the car behind me because the wait was soooo long. When I arrived at the window, they were quick to take that money and there was a worker cleaning with big black wet rubber gloves on and she was getting a drink from the machine. (Eww.) So I paid her, got the food, and told her I was going to check it before I drove off because the time was now 11:52pm. (38 minute wait time!!!) I pulled up a little for the guest behind me and noticed the burrito had sour cream oozing out of the burrito so I parked and walked to the window. I told her that it had sour cream on it and she said "I'll make you a new one- now what do you not want on it?" I said NO SOUR CREAM NO TOMATO. So I waited and she gave me a new one. I said thanks and I'd be back if this one was wrong. (In the mean time they forgot another person's nacho cheese and she had to get out of her car and correct the situation too.) So I get the other burrito and walk to my car. I open it up to find SOUR CREAM AND TOMATO ALL IN THAT JUNK AGAIN!!!) This time I bring back the burrito, the taco, and the mountain dew (out of baja) because I am done with this place and demand a refund. (Mind you cars are still backed up and it's pretty embarrassing standing outside.) She gives me my money back and says I can keep the taco and the drink. (Like I'd eat anything that came out of that building.) Then explains to me that the sour cream isn't sour cream and it's some kind of ranch sauce and to ask for no Pico next time because there are tomatoes in the pico. I told her that if there are tomatoes in pico, than NO TOMATOES MEANS NO TOMATOES. I ended up spending my money at Krystal where I will be going from now on. (virtually no wait line and they got it right the first time and I spent $2 less.) This perticular Taco Bell location would make a better parking lot for businesses next door than what it's doing. Newest update: 12/28/24 I must be a gluten for punishment. Lol. Running errands, this was the closest and YES, I stopped here again. Keeping it short, ordered the new nugget combo and ill just say, i still don't know how they taste. They weren't in the bag. My bad. This location just has not been for me!! 2025 imma due better in chosing my locations. Updated: 5/14/24. I haven't been back in a while but today I had the taste for something light. Out running errands and "taco bell should be quick" went through my head. Placed my order mobile as I always do. Plus, this SHOULD increase the chance for accuracy (or so I feel). Mexican pizza light beans extra pizza sauce how I ALWAYS order this. Well needless to say, my hypothesis failed AGAIN at this location. Geez. First off, I felt like it was extra beans instead of easy. I could taste and SEE the heaping layer on the darn pizza. Secondly , there was no extra pizza sauce to be found. Taco bell just got over because they charge for that. Oh well. 1, 2 and there won't be a 3... This taco bell is OUT!!!!

Terrible experience tonight. My burrito wrap was a mess like they had a broken (and hard) piece of one and then used another one to gather the broken one sp it was too much wrap. And the nachos fries . A joke. The picture was how they came no me. NONE had been eaten yet and were spilled. These few little fries. Really!!! I am very appalled at the service and treatment of this taco bell location. The staff, including the manager are rude and lazy. I went to this taco bell as the time on Google and on the taco bell website says they close at 3am on Sundays. When I got to the drive thru speaker, I was told that their systems were down right after they had finished taking another customer's order. The staff then asked what I was trying to order and I told them a nachos grande box for 5 dollars. I was told that they are out of chips for the nachos. I ordered a Pepsi instead. When I got to the window to pay, the manager at the window said their machines were down and she would just give me my Pepsi for free. I insisted on paying and was told they can't take any cards. After leaving the drive thru window I inspected the building for a sign of what time they close. There was no sign posted saying what their hours of operation were. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to and I will not be coming back. I will be posting this to Facebook and all other social media sites to show how this Taco Bell treats it's customers. Afterwards, I sat in the parking lot for a moment. I witnessed the manager taking other customers' orders.
