Wingstop — Restaurant in Memphis

I decided to try the new location one of the worst decisions in my life. I placed my order online to pick up at 4:30 it wasn’t ready when I arrive. Therefore, I had to stand around and wait. This is the worse service I’ve ever witnessed and received. The management is horrible there was an elderly woman attempting to place an order she kept asking what season is used the cashier kept replying we don’t use seasoning we use sauce after the 3rd round of this I stepped up to her and pointed out the flavors on the menu and read each flavor she chose lemon pepper. The same thing the cashier should’ve done she was an elderly woman however after placing her order she pulled out cash he said card only she wasn’t comprehending because he only said “CARD ONLY” there’s a sign but she’s old so I say ma’am they don’t take cash she left . By now it’s well after 4:30 I still don’t have my food so I ask and I’m told they’re waiting on the fries. Lawd when I get my order and make it to work the fries were actually old fries that had been dropped back in grease and they were burnt and look like someone had bit off of one of my tenders. What in the actual (F) is going on here… 1st, where is MANAGEMENT? There was literally 8 ppl in the kitchen…. EIGHT8! At least 3 of them were doing nothing but watching the chaos, as we the customers were watching from the lobby also in disbelief. 2nd, get a damn system down.. like 2 at the front taking orders, 2 ppl on fryers 1 on phone orders and call in/ pick ups… I waited 35 mins for a 6pc combo.. I watched phone orders/pickups walk in and out getting there orders but ppl that came in to order had to wait to order because the girl was to busy taking phone orders. I order a 6 piece combo with voodoo fries. I specifically told the young lady at the front that I wanted my chicken fried hard but when I received my order my wings were WHITE. Like they didn’t even attempt to cook it. Everybody is loud and playing around but the back is full of workers. I don’t recommend this new location.
