Update 2: March 2017. Gave them one more "chance" Extremely slow service. Forget special orders. They will not get it right. This location is popular, so who I am to say ... My order was wrong and when I asked to speak to someone three times it fell on deaf ears (even after 22 minutes). I hate this place and will vote with my wallet by going somewhere else. When the boomers' children advance to a healthier diet, Sonic will be back to the bankruptcy table. The staff is nice, but they become neurotic when you watch them prepare food through the windows..
March 2016: Just "ate" at this location. The tater tots which had no discernible temperature above room. My order of a foot-long with relish, mayo and onion was terrible. First, they put so much relish, it dwarfed the the dog itself. Second, the mayo was squirted on the OUTSIDE of the bun, really? Third, by the time I got the ice cold relish off the dog and down to a "reasonable level" there were no onions, less i dig them out of the relish. I took a bite of the cold dog and threw it away.
Update 1: May 2016. If you order a malt. They will put the malt powder on the bottom of the cup such that there will be no mixing of the malt up into the ice cream. further, the 1/2 price after 8 pm doesn't apply to "malt". Read moreI pushed red button for service and was ignored. I said maybe they're super busy. A car pulled up right next to me and was immediately able to place order. I got out of my car and went inside to inquire as to why my screen 17 is being ignored but after 5 minutes a car pulls in next to me and immediately gets to place order. No apology, just, we'll take your order by the time you get to your car. That didn't happen. I was in my car for 2 minutes before he responded to my stall. Meanwhile, car next to me had order delivered and she drove off before I even had a chance to order. I'm annoyed by this time. Also, order was so slow coming out I had just decided to go inside and have them refund my debit card. I turned off my car and put tip in my purse. Just as I was about to open the door, the order was delivered. Since I had a small child with me and order had come, I accepted it to not disappoint grandchild. Sonic should develop a way to determine which stalls buzz in first. Read moreI placed a mobile order for a soda with flavoring and a corn dog. The place was busy so I understood that it would take a little longer than expected for my order. I pulled into stall 17 and inputed that information in the app. The screen showed that my order was in the kitchen being prepared. After about 10 minutes, the screen flashed that the order was complete and that someone would be coming with my order. Needless to say after 20 minutes I still did not have the order. I pushed the buzzer and spoke with someone who stated they were behind. No apology. I said ok. After another 25 minutes still no order. I pushed the buzzer and was told it was on the way. No apology. Several cars pulled in around me, received their orders, and left. Some of these cars, placed orders at their stall and still received their orders before mine. Finally my order came.
