To start off my Note 9 screen was cracked. I had cellhelmet (FYI they offer a great price for cellhelmet) so it wasn't a major break but the owners at Ubreakifix were extremely helpful, professional and honest (honesty is hard to come by nowadays). I could tell they cared about my problem as if it were their own. I had gone to another shop before and to be honest regret every minute wasted, it was my first time having to repair a phone. Not only did they make matters worse it was beyond frustrating to deal with almost to the point of not trusting any shop. They didn't use the proper tools so it damaged my phone a little, wanted to charge me over $300 for my repair, on top of that the frame was the wrong color and the back started to come apart. Everything changed when I walked into Ubreakifix these guys knew what they were talking about and have everything they need to do the job. When I dropped off my phone for the 2 hour repair I left feeling like I was in good hands. I can't stress enough if you care about your phone or electronics look no further. They'll run tests on your phone to ensure it functions 100%, you have a warranty on the repair to. I couldn't be happier with Ubreakifix and thank them for taking care of my phone, once I returned they even handed it to me with a clear plastic cover over the screen. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. We all know these devices are expensive so save yourself the trouble and check them out before...

These guys really know what they're doing. I filed a claim through my insurance company and paid the $65 deductible to have the front screen on my Galaxy S8 plus changed. The back glass was broken also which wasn't covered by my insurance and technically they were supposed to turn me away, but they didn't. Instead they offered me the opportunity to have the back glass on my phone changed as well, for an additional fee of course. The price was very reasonable and the service was speedy and professional. Be aware that if you're getting the glass replaced on a phone you do have to share your passcode with them which can sound a little unsettling at first, but if you take the proper precautions before taking your phone in, it shouldn't be a problem. Both my wife and I had our screens replaced that day so we took the kids out to lunch while our phones were getting worked on and in about 2 hours we got a phone call on my daughter's phone telling us that the phones were done and ready to be picked up. Their work was flawless and our phones regained their waterproofness which is something I didn't expect after getting a screen replaced. I assumed that they were no longer waterproof after such a procedure but it turns out that they are. Another nice surprise was that the scuffed up a bezel around my phone was also replaced as part of the glass replacement. So now my phone looks like it's brand new...

I would highly recommend these young men (Mark and Brandon) and this business. Unfortunately, I had to meet them after my husband dropped his phone (Samsung Note 8) and cracked the screen. After calling other places, where their was a wait time for them to order another screen, Brandon stated that they in fact had a replacement screen in stock. After arriving at the store, I had the pleasure of meeting two very nice and friendly young men who walked me thru everything they would have to do for the phone in order to repair it. When asked if they utilized new Samsung parts, rather than knock offs, they did not take offense but simply assured me that they are in fact a qualified Samsung representative. After 2.5 hours, I was able to pick up the phone and it looked brand new and works great. If you need your phone repaired I would definitely recommend and encourage this business, with these gentlemen. Also, the facility was very clean, organized, and they even sell accessories.
