Panda Express — Restaurant in Memphis

Been here twice to much and will never return here again. I don't know why people who work at well known well respected establishments act like they can't be fired because these people are an embarrassment to the Panda Express brand. From the woman with bad attitudes who apparently think there cute with a bunch of makeup and bad acme to the supervisor who turns a blind eye and allows bad behavior. I should be greeted with smiles hello and thank you,you know,like appreciatetive professional business do when paying customers decide to spend money with them.I should not be rushed along, have my credit card snatched out of my hand to have my order not only wrong, but burnt with remnants of what I asked for. Pluss the meat was old.I asked for sweet tea,got unsweetened tea,asked for black pepper chicken, got Black pepper vegetables with a two pieces of chicken and when I came back the lady had the nerve to try to yell at me like it's my fault she rushed me and didn't listen. But wait there's more, then slams the window in my face. I had to hunk the horn to get the supervisor, he took care of the situation like it was a joke but offered free food, but by then I was discusseded and declined. I love panda Express, unfortunately this location is trash and racist. Dont spend your money here there's others that are way better. I'll never will eat here again. Thanks,...

I really don’t know why I keep coming back to this restaurant! Panda Express used to have great customer service and fresh food! Now I don’t know what’s going on with this location! I do believe that it’s on its way out of business! I’m actually sitting in the parking lot right now! The hours say they open at 10:30am! But they tell us it’s gonna be a 30 minutes because it’s truck day! Then they say they close at 9:00pm but when you come at 8:15/8:30pm they say this is all we have and they not cooking no more food for the night! There have been plenty of people standing in line confused like why won’t they cook more food to serve us! They don’t want our money!

I don’t know what’s going on with some of our young mindsets in the workplace! I’m caught between the old school and slightly new school and I just don’t see the passion and willingness to serve others! I’ve observed workers who just don’t look happy!

Sometimes the rice is cooked right and sometimes you get rice that’s clunky or under cooked!! Somedays the service is good and the people are nice!

I ain’t gonna lie! I love me some Panda Express when it’s hot and fresh! But it’s been tough lately! I don’t know if it’s the pandemic as this is kind of normal! Other locations can be about the same as well in this city!

1st of all big shout out to Panda Express in Pooler, Ga. I truly appreciate you guys.... This has to be the most ratchet panda Express I have ever been to in mylife... No Ac Half of the lights were out They put everything in boxes don't ask if its here or to go. They ignore you until a line builds up and then do everyone's orders together. Then you have to wait to cash out. That's why my order got all messed up. Then I was argued down about I ordered. So we needed a manger to get involved, she's not even there sounded like she was home watching tv. And after we got it fixed they still charged me full price for the inconvenience.... I'm a truck driver I spend a lot of time in my truck I go to panda Express to relax a bit watch a little news and enjoy my dinner. With the box thing I feel like they are kicking me out the door so noone has to clean a table. It literally looks like no one has ever eat in there. But again who wants to eat in the dark... The food itself is what I expected, but the rest of I should have saved my money. Maybe these guys should take a trip to Pooler, Ga and see how its done. I give the food an A, but overall experience best I can do is a F and I'm...
