Update 9-14-24 The manager, Ebone, reached out to me to resolve the concern and did an excellent job with her service recovery. She ensured me there would be vast improvements with some customer service experiences and loo into the early "closing prep" and automated message. I went back last week and ALL the staff was super friendly and helpful. Kudos ๐๐ฟ
Update 9-7-24 from 4 stars to 2 stars I'm started to get bothered... and I am pretty patient with Starbucks. Why do y'all keep fluctuating your times with no warning? This is so unprofessional and a quick way to ruin your loyal business. I got here at 7:40 pm on today a Saturday. It says open until 8 pm but they have already turned on the closed recording at drive thru. Worst part is I'm stuck in the line for what could have been the time to make my drink...no far 14 minutes and two cars still ahead of me and two behind!!!! Closing at 8 means service stops at 8. Not , uhhh this will take us 40 minutes to clean so let's start packing up and refusing customers 40 minutes prior. This is not acceptable ๐ manager needs to be consistent on her staff and inspect what you expect. Absolutely ticked!!!
Update 6/2024: I initially gave this store 3 stars when it was in its infancy, and I'm now upgrading to 5. Here's why. The environment inside has improved. The staff has been seen on multiple visits cleaning, restocking and tidying up. The staff has clearly been retrained and some may not be here anymore. There is a marked improvement. They are super friendly and courteous now. The drive thru is efficient and the drinks hit everytime. I will give extra kudos bc when the summer drink first came out and many of the other store were constantly out, they made a point to keep it stocked and restocked quickly if they ran out. They also had plenty holiday choices even when they were busy. There could be a larger selection of merchandise. I noticed that many of the cups and tumblers are not in this one, but maybe that's coming. They did have the Been There Series which I love and a good selection of the bagged coffees. Also where is the community board? Or are those being phased out? Good job on amping the staying power!!! Also, lastly, the seating looks like it won't be, but it is the most comfortable and style forward I've seen in a while I'm a Starbucks after they removed the non hygienic soft options.
Would love to come back. I realize there was a wreck that knocked power out here and to neighboring business. It's been back on for at least a week or more now. The wreck was at least 12 days ago. What gives? I pray it was retraining, because the drinks were good, but the service is extremely slow at drive thru. I want this one to be successful, but you need to be open to...
ย ย ย Read moreI am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this Starbucks location. I placed an order for a Venti Caramel Ribbon Frappuccino and water with peppermint pumps. The employee who assisted me displayed an unacceptably rude and unprofessional attitude throughout the interaction.
Instead of kindly explaining any limitations regarding my request, she chose to speak to me in a condescending and dismissive tone, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Her repeated attempts to correct me and make sarcastic remarks were uncalled for and created a hostile experience.
I frequent other Starbucks locations where the staff consistently go above and beyond to accommodate reasonable requests. If the materials to fulfill an order are available, employees typically make the effort. However, this individual not only made it difficult to place my order but also implied she would escalate the matter unnecessarily. This level of customer service is unacceptable and does not reflect the high standards I have come to expect from Starbucks.
I urge management to address this employeeโs behavior, as it creates a negative environment for customers and tarnishes the Starbucks experience. I can see if I was asking for something completely out of the ordinary and a simple we donโt have that at the speaker wouldโve been fine (although I know from experience it can be made) and itโs contradictory to make it and then tell me it canโt be made, yet still find some way to charge me for it and then chastise me. I hope this matter is taken seriously to ensure other customers do not have to endure a similar experience.

I replied you don't know??! Its one of Starbucks top seller on the secret menu. She began to go back and forth with me(wow no customer service). I proceeded to the window and pulled up what a 'coldbuster' is and showed her on my phone and asked her was she a new employee? She didn't like that and said "you don't have to show me(w/that screwed up attitude), I've been working at Starbucks for a year" i said and you don't know what a 'coldbuster' is๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ... You should know all the terminology if you've been working at Starbucks for year. She was going back & forth w/me that the other employee turned around to look...She had a real attitude-i could see her talking in the window to her co-workers about me. She snatched my money and tossed my change in my hand... Sad.. if you don't want to get up early then you should get a night job.. she needs to be re-trained on her customer service and how to talk while at the drive-thru, she sounds terrible. I had to ask her to repeat herself. So... I'm posting what a 'COLDBUSTER' is...
