This is the second time I have come to this location and had a bad experience after placing a mobile order. I placed the order while at the mall parking lot, then drove to the drive thru. I said I had a mobile order and gave my name. She said "looks like we just received it. You can pull around but I can't guarantee it will be ready yet". The previous visit I was told that mobile orders must be done at least 15 mins before picking up. I have never had this issue at other locations and have placed orders in the parking lot for places like McDonald's with no issues. As a customer, I do not at all understand why placing a mobile order would be different than placing an order at the window. I could pull up and order $50 worth of food and it would then be prepared. That is the definition of a fast food restaurant. Why is my one coffee such an issue. The attitude of the workers about this issue is what has put me in a foul mood about it. Read moreI arrived at Starbucks at 6:48am the drive through line had Approximately 5/6 cars, so i notice only one customer was on the inside and he had already placed his order. After placing my order it was now 6:50am, mind you i am the ONLY person in Starbucks at this point. I notice one lady at the drive through window, one making a large amount of orders and a lady fixing things on the counter. After waiting 8minutes for my drink i then left at 6:58am after another lady noticed i had been waiting quite a long time. This counter lady was so into straightening up the things on the counter putting a bag in the trash when you have a customer waiting almost 10 minutes and this other young lady was trying her best by her self to complete orders. I’m not sure of how Starbucks train there employees when you have customers waiting, but this was not acceptable for me and things such as this should be...
Read moreAfter going to 2 stores without cold cups and 3 stores that were closed with short notice, I called this location before coming. They said they were open until 9pm tonight. I arrived 5 minutes later to be told in person that they were closing and unable to serve me and that they would open later at an unknown time and would then close at 9pm due to a staffing shortage. It's crazy that employees have no clue what's going on in their own restaurant, let alone their open and closed times. No wonder noone wants to work for this company anymore.
I'd like to see Starbucks allow credit card tips for the employees and in app tips also and also allow their store managers to update their hours so when you search on Google for an open store... The hours listed accurately represent the current hours...
