The First Gentleman I spoke with (Quinn) after aimlessly walking through the store for ten minutes looking for a specific item I had the part number for told me I had to go outside and drive around the building to pull on a door to the car audio section and see if they were open to sell me the part (82-8146 is the part number. SKU number 086429288236) then after following him outside to see him grab his backpack and walk back inside. I walk over to the “customer service desk” I use the term lightly, And ask the customer service agent behind the counter if she can help me. I get told that they don’t keep that in her area and that people need to stop sending customers to her area because she doesn’t have what they are looking for. I then tell her where in the store the part may be and why I think it’s in the car audio instillation area.(that’s where it is in the last store I had to buy it in not an hour before hand) and I get told their inventory is different and in different locations. Then she gets on the radio and yelled everybody else in the store to stop sending people over to her area as she gets back to talking with her 2 loitering friends about what good shows are on Amazon prime. But she did help me by getting me in touch with a gentleman named kyle. Kyle took his time to look at my phone, take a picture of what I needed, checked the inventory levels, went to the area I advised the last 2 people I spoke with it should be, retrieved the item and checked me out. Quinn while not at all helpful was at least not rude other than just wanting me out of his face to go to his car. The customer service agent on the other hand had a very rude and condescending tone with everything she was saying like I was interrupting her girl talk session. Please put this woman through the proper training and get her to wear a name tag so that people can properly...
Read moreJoey and Josh went over and beyond on May 25th 2016. Me and my family which consist of a 6 yr old, 3 yr old, 7 month old, and my husband so I was really trying to get in and out. We were looking for Space Jam and before we decided to make the drive I looked online to make sure they had it. Even though it said in stock we were prepared to leave without it because it was such an old movie. When we first got there we didnt know where to look. I have never shopped from best buy so I was completely lost. We began to browse the dvd section. After about 20 mins no one had come over to help. I even went to appliances and waited for about about 5 mins to see if the guy would address me but he never did. Well now I'm frustrated and the kids were getting restless. It was almost time for the store to close and I asked a worker if she could help me find Space Jam. Well she told me that was not her department. She said that she would look online and she did. She directed me to two bins with movies that were in the same price range as Space Jam. We began to take out all these movies in hopes of finding the one we were looking for and we had no hope so far. Joey walked by really fast and asked if we needed help and I told him my story. He then grabbed Josh to help him look in one of the bins while me and my husband were looking in another. I felt so stupid pulling out all these movies in the middle of the store lol. But to my surprise Joey and Josh were doing the same thing. After looking in the two bins we still did not find the movie. Well Josh yelled from another spot in the store and said he found it. My whole family was jumping for joy my kids were hugging them. We will never forget that experience. Joey told us we made his day. That is what you call GREAT customer service. We were beyond pleased. These guys definitely...
Read moreI'd given this place a bad one star review because for the last few years, since the pandemic mess started in 2020, my family has ONLY had awful experiences with the Wolfchase Best Buy store. It had gone down hill so bad. Not only did they rarely have even some the most basic electronics and computer accessories we went in to get for the last few years (even after showing they had them in stock at that store online) but most employees we dealt with, and one manager too, were way too incompetent and rude to excuse. My original review explained the awful experiences we had, but I'm deleting all that and adding 2 stars to this review SOLELY because of a guy named Ron who works in the large appliances department. My wife and I went looking at refridgerators at this store recently. We were in the area, wanted to look at general prices, and forgot we hated the place until we were already in. Ron was actually very helpful, so we bought a fridge, and kept our fingers crossed that it wasn't a mistake. Well, the delivery guys came, set the thing up all kinds of wrong, and left out a few of the shelves so I couldn't really use the refridgerator. I went to the store and told Ron, and he made it clear that he takes pride in his job, his department, and cares about good quality customer service very much. He ordered the shelves we were missing and all came out good. I told him how bad out past experiences had been, and he vouched for an employee we'd had a problem with, saying the guy was super nice but sometimes had bad days. I can understand that, then the same employee I was talking about smiled and said "you guys have a good day" at the door as we left. Good friendly helpful service and even pretending one cares about their job really goes a long way, so I'll go with 3 stars and delete the details of our...
