This restaurant truly deserves more attention and is a standout in its category. After a recent disappointing experience elsewhere, dining here was a breath of fresh air.

The first thing you notice is the excellent setup. They exhibit everything—appetizers, all meats for BBQ, hotpot ingredients, vegetables, and beverages—in a clean, open, and self-serve format. This transparency allows customers to judge the freshness for themselves and creates a fantastic, complete DIY experience. The fact that beverages are included is a huge plus!

The food quality is exceptional. We were particularly impressed with the fresh salmon, the fish with mustard and soy sauce, and were thrilled to see fresh crab with crab roe. The offering of fresh shrimps and clams further elevates the experience.

While the overall offering is excellent, I have a couple of minor suggestions that could make it perfect:

· Beverages: It would be wonderful to see the beverage flavors and brands updated or rotated occasionally. This would add a fun element of surprise for returning customers. · Shrimp Preparation: A great addition would be to clean the shrimp intestines before serving.
