NO GREEN MARGARITAS! Please try OTB again. I’ve been away for a few years and recently stopped in on a motorcycle ride for a margarita. God how this place has changed! I’ve returned a few times and I’m saying this is now the best TexMex/Mex in town. We are in a Mex food desert. Everything is canned, microwaved, dried out and poured out of a Mexican food service co. jug or can. OTB is cooking fresh, in house to order food unlike all the others. I travel the west and can tell you the 2 closest places to get food close to this good is either Uncle Julio’s in Nashville or 400 miles west over the Texas line. Tacos, enchiladas, birria tacos, in house salsa and guacamole are all fantastic and FRESH. THEY MAKE MARGARITAS WITH REAL LIME JUICE instead of the crappy bright green fake sweet and sour mix everybody else uses. Salsa appears made in house not bright red, poured out of a jug. Beans and rice made in house like your grandmother would have made them. Sit at the bar area and let Benny and Kyle take care of you. Best bartenders/servers in town. If some people had bad experiences here they weren’t being taken care of by Benny. Seriously try here if you haven’t been in a while. It is awesome!

First time in this restaurant. My experience with the staff was great, welcomed with a smile, sitdown immediately. The server was great, very respectful and friendly. They immediately gave me their chips which were fresh and crunchy, the dip sauce was great for my taste I wish I could have eat more of it. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and sadly it was salty and it had a burned flavor which I guess it was the rice. The main plate was the chimichanga and for my surprise it came with French fries? I mean if I wanted French fries I go to McDonald's, why will the chef add French fries to a chimichanga menu? I asked for home made hot sauce and they didn't have it but again the awesome server brought me a Cholula sauce which wasnt really good but she wanted to please me. Later what I think was the manager brought me this bowl of jalapeno shredde sauce and it was spicey as heck but it was good, sadly I already finished my chimi. If I have the chance I'll try the place again.

We were out and about running errands and decided to stop here for lunch. It was our first time, and we were instantly warmly welcomed by Ann. She is great! We were seated and brought some chips and salsa. SO GOOD! Light and crispy, and the salsa has a bit of heat, but just a little kick and a lot of flavor. I was a little disappointed that they advertise having Pepsi Zero, but our server said they don't have it. Oh well. I ordered the chicken taco salad with the lime vinegarette and BF ordered the Borders Bowl with shrimp and avocado salsa. They were both excellent. Light and refreshing and perfect portion for lunch. Actually, we ended up taking some of it home. We filled up a little too much on the chips! Our server seemed a little busy; he took awhile to get back to us sometimes, but he was very nice. Our food was reasonably priced, and we were very happy to have stumbled upon this place. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

On Valentines Day my boyfriend and I went here for dinner and it was our first experience here. Everything was fine at first and we were greeted by a very nice and happy man. But after we ordered our drinks, the waitress came back, set the drinks down, and all 3 drinks spilled all over me. My legs were absolutely soaked and so were my feet. I knew it was an accident so I wasn’t mad at first. But after it happened all she did was apologize a few times and start cleaning up what got on the floor. Not at all getting me some type of napkin or cloth to help clean myself (the customer) up. I just stood there all soaked staring at them cleaning up the mess on the floor and table. When the least she could have done was give me something to clean myself with since there weren’t any napkins on any of the tables. I was told to just go to the bathroom and clean myself up. I came back from the bathroom with just as soaked, cold, and sticky legs and feet because there wasn’t much I could have done to dry myself off. Not to mention my shoes were ruined, and they were brand new. When I sat back down she acted like nothing happened. I wanted to leave but there was nowhere else to go because all other restaurants were completely packed. So we ordered our food which wasn’t bad and it came out relatively fast. It just sucked sitting there with cold and wet legs and feet. When we ordered dessert she never came back after that. We sat there for 45mins to an hour! And at that point I didn’t even want the dessert anymore. I just wanted to leave bc it was already so uncomfortable sitting there with soaked legs. We waved her down to came back and we just asked for the check. And to our surprise, we didn’t get ANY type of discount for her spilling all those drinks on me. We were charged for every drink. I really think we should have at least got a little discount. But no, I got drinks spilled all over me, the waitress never helped me clean up, we sat there for an hour without anyone checking on us, and never got our dessert, and had to pay for everything with not even a little discount for the inconveniences. It...

This will be the last time we ever come to this restaurant!! It took forever for someone to even come to our table. I ordered the chicken fajitas and it had absolutely NO flavor!!! It tasted like they put a plain grilled chicken Breast on a few grilled onions and peppers. There was NO seasoning whatsoever. My husband finished his dinner before I was even able to tell a waitress that mine was not good and the shredded cheese, lettuce, and Pico de Gallo that comes with it was a joke!!! There wasn't even enough to make one fajita!! The waitress had them remake mine and I asked to have it put in a to go container because I was really ready TO GO and when it finally arrived I have no idea WHAT it was except for the fact that it was NOT chicken fajitas. It had shrimp and some kind of shredded meat and no chicken!!!! Needless to say the waitress went for the second time to inform the manager that my food was not right and he took it off our ticket but NEVER even acknowledged us much less say that he was sorry for our bad experience. He did stop at several other tables but could have cared less about us!!! The waitress was very apologetic and sweet but seemed to need a little more training. Very disappointed especially with the non caring manager and will not be returning. I will be emailing the corporate office as I feel they need to discuss customer service with their manager....

This location has some issues and I personally think this is one of the worst restaurants in the area. I’ll give them credit that they where average when it came to speed and decent when it came to refills.

However, they lost a lot of points during my last 2 visits because they got my order wrong (the waiter not taking their time/ just not listening to you.) Last visit they charged me a tip when I didn’t include one on there copy of the receipt (for the poor experience, my college student budget, and the fact that I had other people with me who where giving tips already.) I rarely give anything the lowest rating possible, but charging something without the persons consent is unexceptionable no matter the situation. I refuse to return back to this location as the food is extremely overpriced and the level of service that was provided did not compensate for this ($25 dollars (even) for a sweet tea, 3 regular beef tacos no extras, and a white cheese dip is absurd. Twice what it should been and had I known, I wouldn’t have bothered.) The food wasn’t that great. The shells didn’t have much crunch (pretty soggy when they got to me, which may be due to prep time as my table was 10 people), the meat could have been more flavorful, and they put very little cheese. I highly recommend any number of restaurants near the Wolfchase area, (Olive Garden, Chilis, Casa, etc.) but...
