This place is like a wonderland when you walk in. I didn’t know the other location existed before and I’ve been wanting something like this in the east Memphis area. The other review on here that gave three stars because they “like the other location more because it’s bigger” and “they didn’t ask me about my rewards so I didn’t get any” grow up. I placed an order for a red velvet cake and when I went to pick it up there was no icing on the top. When I asked them if they could add icing to the top (like a normal cake) they refused to do so. I was unaware when I paid that I would not receive icing on the outside of the cake otherwise I would not have ordered from them.
