Terez Wilson - State Farm Insurance Agent — Local services in Memphis

Terez Wilson and Reginald Brownlee are the most unprofessional wageworkers that I have ever dealt with in the insurance industry. I called the office to make changes to my life insurance policy and was told that I would receive a call back later in the day. I waited four days for the office to give me a call back, but they failed to reach out. I finally decided to call about the importance of my life insurance policy, but once again, the office failed to answer the phone. I then called the 1-800 number for assistance and they were able to reach the office. I spoke to Reginald and he e-mailed me a copy of the policy changes, in which he randomly changed my policy to a “non-smoker” policy. I’m a smoker and I told him that he input the wrong information, therefore, if something were to happen to me, State Farm would not honor the policy because of untruthfulness. I also told him that I’m fed up with the unprofessionalism and lack of detail concerning my policy. After expressing my discomfort with their office, Terez Wilson rudely and abruptly interrupted and interjected himself into the conversation. The office should not have taken my call over speaker, especially while I answered questions about my personal information. Terez Wilson spoke in a manner that’s counterproductive to State Farm’s values. Terez also suggested that I take my policy elsewhere. I have decided to change agents as suggested by Mr. Wilson. I also decided to call and escalate the matter with State Farm’s compliance department. For the sake of State Farm, I’m hopeful that this agency cleans up it’s poor, subpar, and rugged...

Terez and his staff, have been very consistent with returning my phones calls and emails whenever I have experienced any issues. I love how compassionate and empathetic Terez and his entire staff is. I have several disabilities, and I have never been treated differently. Yes, this office is in compliance with the ADA Law 100%.
