The sheets were stained. I expect clean sheet. Even if I only paid $60 a night, I'd expect clean sheets. Never mind $200 plus. There were stains on the top sheet. It looks like a blood drop, and when I looked closer there seems to be the remnant of a bigger stain. There were also stains on the fitted sheet and 2 of the pillow cases. Called the front desk, and after initially waiting on hold and then waiting about 20 minutes for them to bring me up more sheets because "housekeeping was gone for the night" (9:40pm). The front desk rep brings me a fitted sheet and literally 10 pillow cases. She said "housekeeping had left for the night and this was all that was left." And "if I needed anything else they'll be returning at 8am". This really speaks to the expectation, or lack thereof, of quality in this hotel and so many others. I'm not sure if there are unrealistic expectations placed on housekeepers, or if they fail to hire quality staff who respect the standard of cleanliness that hotels should have. If you get nothing else right, at least get the bed correct. It's the ONE thing that folks check into a hotel to do. And if the stain doesn't come out in the wash, then toss it out and spring for a new one. And the fact that they don't have replacement clean sheets lets me know that bedding is not getting washed as regularly as it should. I've never been to a hotel that didn't have a full clean set of bedding when a guest asked for it, even at night. ...nor one where there was no housekeeper at night. It's not like it was 2 am. I have 1 start for the shower-head; which was great. The location is also convenient.

I absolutely love staying at the Hilton DoubleTree! I’ve been coming here once a month for the past year, and it’s always the perfect staycation. The location is amazing — so close to everything I need (shopping, cute cafes, and fun spots to explore!). It’s the ideal escape when I just need to relax and treat myself. The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, and always spotless. But what really makes it stand out is the amazing staff! They are super friendly and always make me feel so welcomed. From the warm cookies at check-in (YUM) to the little touches that make me feel special, they really know how to make a guest feel pampered. I also feel so safe here, which is so important to me. I always feel at ease when I’m staying solo — the security is great, and the staff is always on top of things. I’ve never had any issues, and that peace of mind means everything.Honestly, if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or just a convenient, worry-free place to stay, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s been perfect for me every single time 10/10!

The Hotel itself was nice as well as the drivers. Breakfast and the waitstaff are clueless. Front desk 10/23/2021 night shift awesome. 10/24/2021 is so self absorbed she doesn’t know what’s going on more concerned about her hair and eyeliner. Do you have breakfast I asked. Yeah over there. Me: Thanks! I walk over get in line behind some kids. Several wait staff comes out. No one addresses me. I asked four times where do I pay for the breakfast buffet. Waiter: For here to or to go? Me: To go please. Waiter: brings out a to go container. Me: looking for the food. All food trays were empty. No milk for cereal nothing. So I waited patiently. Waiter: Did you pay? Me: Were? Me: I haven’t even got the food. I’m still waiting on someone to replenish the trays. Me: I wait and wait no one comes out. Me: Thats okay I have to go my shuttle is leaving for work. I waited 30 minutes for absolutely nothing. This stinks! I have a 2 hour flight with no food on my stomach.

Twice I called this location and both times Ms Lee answered the phone and was extremely helpful and ready to get me taken care of. I did a mobile checkin. Upon arrival there was only 1 way to enter the parking lot. 2 exits were blocked off. After I stayed 2days I understand why it’s blocked off. The parking lot is extremely dark and I felt unsafe if I were to park anywhere other than the front. It was raining when I arrived. I was a mom w 2 small children. I finally just parked next to entrance. Once I went in. I was walking down the hall and realized there was a very “crunk” party going on. It was loud and I immediately started to regret my check in. However the ball rooms are available for party rentals. Parties can become unpredictable. There was security. I made it to my room. It was clean. The beds were fixed nicely and had clean sheets. We turned on the AC and that room got COLD! We unpacked and took a shower. The water pressure and hot water was amazing! Downfall was there was only 2 towels. Went to bed and tv only has basic cable. No smart tv. I wasn’t able to log into any of my apps . I don’t know if it was my charger but I couldn’t get my phone to charge on any outlet. It would change then stop. The next day as I left my room I encountered the hoyse keeper. She was nice and I thanked her for the upkeep of the rooms. As I went to the lobby. Floors had multiple water buckets. The ceiling was leaking. Very discouraging considering we were there to complete in a pageant and we were wearing expensive ball gowns. There is a statue that has genitals as soon as you walk in. I personally feel that could be enhanced with something more tasteful. During lunch we decided to stay in bc of the rain. We went to the restaurant in hotel. Food is pricey. There is a virtual golf something next to it. While we were trying to have lunch we had end it early bc the group next to restaurant in golf area was obnoxiously loud and we couldn’t hear ourselves speaking to one another. There should be a divider wall or something. My friend ordered the chicken strips. They were horrible. I advise to not order them. Probably remove from menu. I had a Cesar salad. No complaints. We didn’t really have a steady waitress.3 different people waited on us. However they were all nice and really worked together. The AC vents were dripping in the ballroom. It has been for awhile. It’s basically not tended to. More comfortable seating would be nice. I promised my kids I would let them swim. I had to break that promise bc there was about 50 people in the pool. Comes to find out someone rented a room and was abusing the hotel policy of 4 people per room. Ms Kelly was handling the problem the best she could. Btw Kelly was very welcoming during my stay. I believe her name was Dominique, she was helpful and polite. I did have a negative experience with a front dest attendant her name started w an S. I asked her a question and she responded that she personally didn’t know and I (me) could find out tomorrow morning if I look on the tv screen. I decided to leave that night and drove the 2 hours home. Forgot to mention, they had fresh hot coffee. Everything on snack bar is 6.00 Even a 1.00 box of Candy . Extremely overpriced!!! I won’t return. The hotel staff was attentive and have their work cut out for them at this particular hotel. Never a...

WE stayed at the Hilton on 11/5-11/7. I am also a Hilton Honors Member. The room (718) that we stayed in at this Hilton in Memphis was by far the nastiest unkept room we have ever stayed in. We were in town for my Sisters birthday celebration a Sisters trip. We had ants crawling on the night stand ( we reported that to the front desk that night). The air vent on the wall in the restroom had so much dust in it, we covered it with a Kleenex. The Air Condition unit panel in the room was molded. The vent where the air was blowing out was barely blowing out heat or air. It may have been a good thing because it to had so much dust in it and it was rusty too. I filled out the card to ask for towels and wash cloths the next day and to only have the trash emptied. We left the room around 11am on 11/6, When we returned nothing had been done in our room. I approached the front desk to inform the desk clerk that our room had not been tended to along with the other complaints. He said he was sorry and would see if he could comp our room. He did... He also said to also stop by and get towel if we still needed them. Then a lady moping the floor who had to be a boss, quickly spoke up and said "they have till 4 o'clock" I said ok then we will check back at 4 o'clock. We proceeded to your new restaurant and Top Golf interactive area to have lunch. Which was the best thing going in this hotel at the time. The bar tender Shawn was aiming to make us and the birthday girl happy! Kudos to Shawn... I stopped by and picked up wash clothes and towel's at the front desk before going back to our room. I went back to the room around 4:30 PM. Nothing had been done. A young lady did bring more towels to the room in 3 different laundry bags. I thanked her and put them in the closet. That is when we noticed that the refrigerator was hot. Our water was hot the food we had purchased was hot and ruined. I called down to the front desk. A maintenance man can to our room within 3-5 minutes to see what the problem was. He said it had frozen up. He proceeded to try to remove the refrigerator. I told him to leave it our food was ruined and we would just not use it. I told him he could deal with it when we checked out. This room was not the best. When we checked out from our 2 night stay. Both of our night were comp'd. I explained to a Man I believe to be the manager all of our issues and even showed him pictures. I told him that both of our night were to be comp'd he said, he saw that and let me ask you one question. At any time, did anyone offer to switch your room? I told him NO! They only told us our stay would be comp'd. He handed me a $0.00 balance bill...

I wish I could leave no stars. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. First of all front desk lady is the slowest person on this earth. We were in line for 30 minutes AT LEAST just get checked in. When we got to the room (like 10 minutes in) we were welcomed by a GIANT COCKROACH. It was the size of a big toe. So we immediately grabbed our stuff and headed straight to the front desk to get a refund. I’m sorry but we are not bringing cockroaches back from our trip with us. Front desk was still slow we had to ask a maintenance guy to see the manager. Manager told us to contact Expedia and get a refund from them and that this hotel will send us an email receipt confirmation to give it to Expedia to make sure we get our money back. Well this is where the fun starts. We give them our email address and decided to contact Expedia immediately while still being there. Expedia said that they can’t refund us because we paid ON SITE AT THE HOTEL. So we are getting back in line for the front desk again and 20 minutes later (she was checking ONE GUEST IN THAT ENTIRE TIME) we are asking the front desk to see the manager again but manger doesn’t come. Time goes by at that point it’s MIDNIGHT and we STILL don’t have a receipt in our email, no refund and no manger so we are asking front desk AGAIN to call for the manager again as well as asking her to print us a receipt but their printer is of course broken.🤡 So we are asking to double check the spelling of the email address and after spelling it to her 2 more times and LITERALLY SHOWING OUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO HER SHE STILL COULD NOT SEND IT. (We still don’t have an email from them). So we are asking to see the manager AGAIN. This was the third time and of course front desk was getting tired of us and we felt bad so we POLITELY explained that we have to get out of here asap because we now have to drive back home for 6 hours at midnight and have to leave ASAP. Manager comes back with an attitude and absolutely ZERO desire to deal with us. Like excuse me? This ain’t our fault your hotel is trash and has cockroaches in it, lady? Give us our money back and we will leave! She starts getting SNIPPY and tells us to ????calm down???? And then tells us that they will put our payment on hold.🤦🏻‍♀️ This was the most pathetic experience ever. This hotel gets 0/100 from me. Absolutely disgusting service, dirty rooms with cockroaches and disrespectful customer service. I wish I could contact the GM and file an actual report on these people because they should not be...
