My Mother came in there last night to dine in .... My mother has been diagnosed with Vertigo ... Look it up Vertigo cause dizzy spells at random. Her husbad approched an empty tableto get her an empty chair that no one was sitting in. The employee instantly come from the back not one time asked any questions to see whats her problem or is it anything she can do to help she jump straight into conclusion and said THEY NEED TO ASK FOR A CHAIR. NOTE that they were very busy and everybody running around like a chicken with its head cut off so grabbing a chair to catch my mother before she fell escalated into we need to ask her to get a chair before we grab one. Did not take it into consideration that they are older and they might have health issues. Yes over crowded over whelmed could be an issue and I understand that but WHAT HAPPEB TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. WHAT HAPPEN TO THINKIBG ABOUT OTHERS . WHAT HAPPEN TO RESPECT YOUR ELDERS.    Read morefeel like each time we go back it gets slightly worse. Last time we showed up my gf ordered bottomless mimosa's. had 1 and then the next one we ordered server said they were out. still charged us for bottomless instead of one......fast forward to this weekend when we took my mom for her birthday and all was going mariachi's started playing ( reason we went since mom wanted mariachi's) manager(lupe?) was attentive and told us she'd get them for us since she saw us looking at them. prior to them coming my dad's food came out (only his) as they were playing next to the table she again noticed so props to her for paying attention and she asked him if she could take plate to get reheated so it could come with our food. Finally our food came and all our food was cold as well so not sure what the issue was instead of taking his plate they could've brought our food but it's like they had it sitting there just letting it get cold. They bring back his food and it's also cold. after taking it to avoid that to begin with. I left most of my food. gf did as well. On top of all that $30 dollar cake fee. That I had to remind them to go get no coming out with the servers singing happy birthday. Only restaurant around that charges a cake fee and only one that doesn't want to help celebrate the customer. Just gradually declining which sucks because my girlfriend loved...
Read moreThe only good thing about this place is Victor our waiter, so the food was horrible being from Texas and one who loves Mexican food I would say they pretending. Oh and I had the jumbo lime margarita and it was just as bad, so I told the manager Maria and she said they do not exchange drinks. I said I donât like it, it tasted bitter. Her response was rude and she literally walked away. Victor came over and explained that once a drink comes to the table they canât exchange it. I told him Iâve never heard of that and I would not be paying for it. He didnât charge me and apologized to me. I would of course never visit this place again, I actually give it less than a one star, how about a negative star. Let me not forget the silver ware was dirty, I ask for more and that was dirty as well, I had to clean it with hand sanitizer. The people at the bar were extremely loud, you couldnât have a conversation at all. I would love to know who the owner is, he definitely needs to do some training and work on his menu as well as drink mix. Maria need to be fired, let me not forget she told me no one has complained about the drinks as if my concern was irrelevant, honestly Iâve never experienced...
