It was a long day and I ordered something online and I pressed one extra thing at the window for a separate ticket. The young lady at the window took my card and cash for a partial payment and charged the full amount to my card and kept my cash. I told them at the next Window once I realized and they said the money would reverse back. It didn't and she basically pocketed my money. They made the wrong drinks and got an attitude to correct it. I seen the light skin female manager with the glasses bagging orders while I was waiting . She caught an attitude as well because I wanted my drinks made properly. She felt like I ordered my food wrong and changed the order but he staff was bad for the night. Neither one of her employees at the windows showed Any care for me and my children waiting on them to correct what they messed up. Your people don't want to work find a new crew . I'm rating this location a one star because I just pulled up and didn't hear, "Welcome to Wendy's! May I take your order?"
What I got was, "Go ahead.'
Go ahead where? To another restaurant? To spend my money with them?
Don't mind if I do.
To the owners of this Wendy's, have some gotdamn pride. Hire people who give a damn. If you're going to hire children, make sure the children are saying their proper greeting when visiting your establishment AND giving people their totals BEFORE being told to pull up to the window.
You can get better customer service at Dixie Queen, who is in direct competition with you being literally next door.
Matter of fact, this is my recommendation to take your money to Dixie Queen and at least feel appreciated that you came.
I recommend the 10 piece cooked hard with regular fries with the seasoning.

She told me to take it up with Dave because they had an item on the menu board they no longer had. She gave me a bacon double stack and I told her that wasn’t what I order. She started going off on me and I went back off. I asked could I speak with a manager and the worker stated she’s already hear us on the headphone. The manager started talking and the worker started talking over her. She was cursing and said she coming outside to beat my a#s. I told her come on.
