Went to this location for the first time and now the last time, I order a number 3 plan, no sauce no seasoning, large fries,etc, food was cold and old , call the manager and address the issue, came back for them to replace the order set another 25 minute outside of the drive thur and when I receive the replacement it was still wrong season was dumb on my food deliberately like someone had a problem remaking my order that was sever cold and old the first time. I not sure what is the problem with the night manager but if you can’t give good customer service and allow a customer to speak to you in a polite manner and you get mad because your co work can’t listen then you should not be a manager. It cost you nothing to fix a order correctly and replace it, I the customer is losing out, 14 dollars for a chicken combo and you got a attitude because you can’t do your job right.unprofessional management in the workplace, which we call bottleneck in the work place environment should not be allowed to handle problem like that there should be a number for the general manager, they should also have secert shopper come at this location to make sure the food is being followed under the safe serve Guidelines. Read moreWhen there for just lettuce only got two orders of lettuce and they charged me 23 dollars for the two orders and the plates were a quarter full. It was unbelievable, both so called large salads didn't even fill up a small bowl. So basically I paid for two large salads with only lettuce and got lettuce that both of them together wasn't even a small size. Talk about a total rip off and not friendly at all. They were short and rude when I called to order it. Wasn't polite at all when I went through the drive thru to get it. A horrible experience all around. This isn't my first Zaxby's in Memphis that I have had terrible rude service and food that I know sit under a heat lamp way to long. I didn't order chicken at all this time because the last 3 times I went and all different locations the food was terrible and old. I love Zaxby's or I use to when the food wasn't so nasty and old. We love Zaxbys food and after a long day of moving and working we pulled up to the closest zaxbys in our big yellow moving truck which does not fit through the drive through. We went in and were told we needed to go to the drive through which I then explained we can’t fit. The woman at the register thought she could help us and asked us to wait a second. She tried explaining it to who I assume was the manager and that lady looked right at us and with 95% attitude and zero concern said “oh well they need to order online or something cuz they can’t order in here and that’s just what it is.” Obviously we just walked out. We were hungry and not willing to take the time necessary to set up the online order and download the app at the time being. We went to Mexican instead but the disappointment and disrespect we experience at this zaxbys will never be forgotten.
