Went to this location for the first time and now the last time, I order a number 3 plan, no sauce no seasoning, large fries,etc, food was cold and old , call the manager and address the issue, came back for them to replace the order set another 25 minute outside of the drive thur and when I receive the replacement it was still wrong season was dumb on my food deliberately like someone had a problem remaking my order that was sever cold and old the first time. I not sure what is the problem with the night manager but if you can’t give good customer service and allow a customer to speak to you in a polite manner and you get mad because your co work can’t listen then you should not be a manager. It cost you nothing to fix a order correctly and replace it, I the customer is losing out, 14 dollars for a chicken combo and you got a attitude because you can’t do your job right.unprofessional management in the workplace, which we call bottleneck in the work place environment should not be allowed to handle problem like that there should be a number for the general manager, they should also have secert shopper come at this location to make sure the food is being followed under the safe serve Guidelines. Now I have to wait to speak to the general manager of this store location to get a refund and still have nothing to eat.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Zaxby's. The young lady working in the Drive-Thru obviously hated her job, and she obviously did not want to be there. Every customer she spoke to she sounded as if she hated them. She said whatever several times to our problem... And I end up paying for an extra order of french fries two times in order to get one extra order of fries. And still after all that the french fries were soggy and undercooked. I have the receipts. I hope this location does an overhaul with their crew members. I've only been there five times before months ago and it was just as bad... I usually go to the location on Union they are wonderful. However this location has been crummy every single time I've went so I stopped going there only went there because I was in the area. And months later they are still horrible careless people. Did not give me the sauce that I paid for and I had to go inside and get it anyway. Their drive-thru is just the worst.

Went to this location and ordered a Cobb salad and the wings and things for my mom and son. When I got home my mom went to take the salad out the bag and noticed something moving around in the tray! Low and behold it was a live fly moving around in the tray! When I called the manager acted like I was telling her a lie. Asking did I have my receipt, like yes I have the receipt and said I could bring it back if I had my receipt! Which I did the young lady put it in my bag. But I paid with my debit card so she could easily pull up the transaction. Had the cashier not put the receipt in my bag I’m guessing the manager was expecting me to keep this nasty bug infested salad! Will nerve go to this location again. Corporate train your managers better and have them prep the food better in a clean and sanitized environment.

When there for just lettuce only got two orders of lettuce and they charged me 23 dollars for the two orders and the plates were a quarter full. It was unbelievable, both so called large salads didn't even fill up a small bowl. So basically I paid for two large salads with only lettuce and got lettuce that both of them together wasn't even a small size. Talk about a total rip off and not friendly at all. They were short and rude when I called to order it. Wasn't polite at all when I went through the drive thru to get it. A horrible experience all around. This isn't my first Zaxby's in Memphis that I have had terrible rude service and food that I know sit under a heat lamp way to long. I didn't order chicken at all this time because the last 3 times I went and all different locations the food was terrible and old. I love Zaxby's or I use to when the food wasn't so nasty and old. Seems to be getting worse and worse especially at the Germantown location. I know they don't care but I will never again eat at Zaxby's brand restaurant again. I have given them way to many chances and lately it's just been terrible. Must be keeping there food way longer now and it seems that's what is policy for them because like I said it has been different locations also. Sad it use to be good now it's just not...

Avoid this location! Needs new management! The worst customer service. We love Zaxbys food and after a long day of moving and working we pulled up to the closest zaxbys in our big yellow moving truck which does not fit through the drive through. We went in and were told we needed to go to the drive through which I then explained we can’t fit. The woman at the register thought she could help us and asked us to wait a second. She tried explaining it to who I assume was the manager and that lady looked right at us and with 95% attitude and zero concern said “oh well they need to order online or something cuz they can’t order in here and that’s just what it is.” Obviously we just walked out. We were hungry and not willing to take the time necessary to set up the online order and download the app at the time being. We went to Mexican instead but the disappointment and disrespect we experience at this zaxbys will never be forgotten. We will definitely visit other locations in hopes for atleast decent customer service but never stepping a foot in that...
