I ordered a #4, Turkey Tom with extra lettuce, extra cucumbers and mayo.They delivered a #4 with no cucumbers and it had tomatoes on. Mind you, I'm allergic so never would've ordered them on my sandwich. I called. They apologized and brought me a new sub. Well... the new one was a smoked ham and cheese. I don't get it! I waited for one sandwich, in the drive thru with only a couple of cars ahead of me, for over a half an hour. After sitting at the window for over 10 minutes AFTER I HAD PAID, I finally got the employee's attention and asked for my money back because I couldn't wait any longer. It took three employees to resolve my issue (give me my cash back) and I left with no food after waiting that long. This is the second time I have waited a half hour for food. I placed a delivery order today to be delivered at one of our schools. The address was vague and my directions (in hindsight sight) were terrible. Shout out to the driver Michelle!! She spent over 15 minutes trying to find the right entrance. She was persistent at calling me. And she was sooooo kind when we got in touch. I really appreciate the service she provided and I’m sure my kiddo’s teachers did too!!! Thank you Michelle! Will def be doing delivery option again, next time with better...
