November 20, 2018 This morning I ordered the â2-for-$4 Mix & Matchâ deal at McDonalds in Menifee, CA at 10:15. I come here every week. Previously I had thought that this deal was a misnomer, since all you could order with it was a Sausage & Egg McMuffin, but recently I learned that you can customize your order on the ordering kiosk. I substitute a biscuit for the muffin and bacon for the sausage. It has brought varying results. The first time was perfectâI noted these were almost just like BEC Biscuits, except the eggs were different. The next time they missed the sausage/bacon substitution, but compensated me with a small tray of bacon when I went up to the counter. This time, they swapped the muffin for a biscuit, but then swapped out the egg for bacon. No egg? So when I went up to the counter, the manager told me: I canât order these items as part of the deal. (I didnât bother telling her this was my 3rd time.) I did explain to her that the ordering machine permitted me to make these substitutions and I didnât do anything to the machine. She then confirmed that my sandwiches did have biscuits, but when I told her they had no eggs, she turned to the kitchen, rolled her eyes at her team mates and chided them for not putting eggs on the sandwiches. No further comment to me (or apology, or explanation of what customer service solution would be presented in response). 1 minute later another lady came from the kitchen with 2 types of eggs in 2 different containers, and a smile on her face. Presumably for me to build my own sandwich. (This is starting to be a trend: make your own order, now make your own sandwiches, LOL.) Iâm not mad, just a bit bewildered over the blame I receivedâas if I could hack an ordering kiosk!    Read moreRestaurant #35450 in Menifee, Ca. Has the absolute worst service then any restaurants in Menifee, managers obviously don't teach courtesy to their workers. I was a walk in. I stood in line for over 10 minutes with workers and supervisor going about their business working. (Undersood) however not one person stop to say " hi sir, sorry for the wait time, some one will be with you shortly" I could have asked for service, but I decided to see just how long it would take before I was acknowledged as a customer. As a line began to expand behind me, it seem as though I was the only one feeling pressured, not management. Management look me right in the eyes and still eggnored me. I Finally gave in a asked her if she had a minute. Instead, she told a worker to attend to me, I said no! I want to speak to you. As she continues to procrastinate with other customers in line, I began to explain to he that she and her works eggnored me and others. Her response was, I have customers waiting, I then said, are we not customers. She said " do you want to order, sarcastically". So I asked for her name, because she wasn't wearing a name tag. In fact, no one was. Unfortunately I couldn't understand what her name was when she said it, for some reason her broken english was more broken when I asked for her name. Yes I understand the theres a Kiosh to make an order, not everyone is technology savvy.
I think this manager and her team needs to be re-traind, and reminded that we pay them, and we are customers. The recipe date time of purchase is 08/12/2023, at 1:43. Location; 26875 Newport Rd. Menifee, Ca 92584. I'm sure you could find out which managers were clocked in, Via security cameras.

I paid for the lettuce. Then she had the nerve to come and tell me as I was eating infront of everyone that fountain drink are not free you have to pay.What?? I said. I told her I do not drink sodas but water all my life. I am diabitic and even diet sodas are not good. I had water and only after I asked to have it with my meal. and if I want soda I will pay for it as I am a good CITIZEN. If she knows what that is. Very dissapointing. I asked her to charge me for the water and she said no. not only my burger was lousy but she accused me "a regular customer "of steeling soda ... Oh lol lol I almost forgot, she wanted to charge me fir kutchup and mayo packets...sooo sooo bad. Mariana needs few lessons or classes in customer service. The future of Mcdonld is doomed if she trains those youngsters. To us Mcdonald is America . it represents our home even in foreign countries. Please save the place from people like that.
Honestly Ive seen excelkent CS and manager in Mcds. tell her to go to corona on magnolia and fullerton and get some CS lesson from their manager and crew. I will make sure no friends or relative go there. I will spread the word as a word of mouth is mightier than the sword.
