Took my fiance here for her 30th birthday (and long overdue review). Short version, absolutely recommend! Long version: It was a nearly empty Thursday night, and I already knew it was going to be a perfect night! The restaurant is elegant (to me). I'm no fine dining, French Laundry enthusiast, smugly rich kind of guy. The lighting was perfectly between bright and romantically dim. Very clean and tables are spaced out nicely! The staff is super nice, accommodating, yet not overbearing. My fiance and I barely ever noticed that our waters or glasses of wine were filled, which truly made us feel separated from the world, yet served. Kudos to the serving/front staff! The food was absolutely delicious! I had the special lamb chops and she had the filet. We paired our meal with a cabernet that went excellently with the food. We still talk about the meal over a month later. In fact, we want to go back to try the Tuesday night fried chicken! We cannot wait...
