This is a great space! We found this on a whim. Open lawn for tossing a ball/frisbee and picnic. There is sand in the playground area, with wood chips beneath the swings. The play area is fenced in with a toddler fence. There are a few park benches to sit and enjoy a rest. The infamous concrete slide, best used with cardboard pieces. Both my 4 and 10 yo enjoyed the space. Next time we’ll pack scooters for the paths, and be more prepared for a longer stay. Cooler, activities and such. The adults seemed kind and mostly kept to themselves while kiddos played. There is also a private area for a community garden with plots. Nice to see and lends a sense of community vibes. We will be...

Cute little downtown park. Kids love the concrete slide, though I know a lot of parents who think it's dangerous. Bring cardboard to slide down it better. There's a small climbing structure with a twisty tunnel slide, a bouncy teeter totter thing, and swings. There's sand and a water feature for the sand play, though I can't remember the last time that was on (literally years, due to the drought). There's also a fairly large grass area that is great for lounging. A couple of picnic tables. Sand volleyball in one corner.

Note there's NO bathroom! Important if you have little ones, and it's not as quick a run to downtown as you...

The park is just okay. Has a play structure, swing set, and a large cement hill kids can slide down on with cardboard boxes (tht is the best part). The large slide on the structure though continually hurt the kids and there is a mixture of wood chips and sand which never seems very smart. There is also no bathroom which...

Fun filled park for kids. It's walking distance from Palo Alto Caltrain station, and from downtown Palo Alto. There's a large field next to the park for frisbee, dogs etc. The park itself has a delightful number of slides, swings, seesaw, sand pit and a tall play structure with multiple climbing walls. No restrooms.

Great park & playground for all ages. Sandboxes, swings, slides. Bring some cardboard for the concrete slide or take a chance finding some left over. Beautiful community garden. Plenty of trees with shade. Grassy areas to lay out a blanket or many benches with backs to sit. Nice walking path around the park as well.
