Dunkin' — Restaurant in Menominee

I'm giving a two generously since the coffee was good. The service was fine until the person who was laying in the lobby walked behind the counter to grab a bagel.. did not wash hands, no hair net and just grabbed food. Next as we sat in the lobby same person grabs their blanket they are laying with in the lobby and heads behind the counter again. This time sitting on the counter where drinks are handed out, eating. After finishing their bagel, still sitting on the counter, they head back to the lobby to grab their vape and proceeded to hit it while inside next to a minor. After this they return behind the counter to again grab food off the service line and begin eating it, with the blanket still wrapped around them. This is a tuff decision between a 3 and 4. But I'll go up instead of down as I do not know of my experience is an everyday issue (my impression was that it is but still idk) the first word that comes to mind is SLOW good God there was only one person ahead of me inside and no one behind me. I stood waiting to get a half dozen donuts for a good 15 min. And the girl ahead of me only got 4 donuts! The girl left to use the restroom and her friend stood at the counter waiting for her I thought she was ordering! But no her friend comes back and they stand there for a good minute talking then walk off! Now this whole time a cashier was standing there! Never once looked at me, never once asked me if she could help me, never once asked the girl just standing there to please step aside so she could help the next customer! On this I was not...

The donuts were good as usual. I was there Monday Morning, August 21st. I do understand that we in America are under staffed everywhere. The 2 people working the entire store were clearly overwhelmed. Drive Thru was their main focus. They probably should have closed the lobby. I ordered 3 dozen donuts, a sandwich, and 3 boxes of Joe. I was told the Coffee will take over an hour. I have bought this combination of donuts and coffee for work for years. I knew this kid was kidding. Well sadly he wasn't this poor Young man was lost.
