McDonald's — Restaurant in Menominee

I have been been going to both Menominee and Marinette McDonald's since I was a kid, and now that I have a few children of my own, I am always looking for the best deals. I have been ordering the 20 piece chicken nugget meal for 2 on a regular basis, sometimes even 3 times a week since the meal came out. (20 piece chicken nuggets, 2 md. fries, and 2 md. drinks). Today was now my third time in the last 2 months that I have attempted to order this meal, and have been told that they have since gotten rid of it. Today was after I just ordered it last week in Marinette, and the week before in Menominee. For what reason does Marinette carry this deal, when Menominee doesn't? Or is it just that Menominee is that LAZY after 2pm that they will not even look for the meal, nor will they ask their managers about it? The first time this happened, the kid straight lied to me, because his manager, whom I called over, straightened this out for him, and showed him where the BUTTON is, just on the following screen! Really people?? Obviously Menominee doesn't want MY or my family's service anymore, because from now on, if it is after 2pm, I will ONLY go to Marinette, where if they do not know if the meal EXISTS anymore, at least THEY will ask their managers. Had a bad visit at this locale. Definitely will never be back and will go to the McDonald's on the other side of the border in Wisconsin. Ordered a senior coffee and of course it comes with free refills. Had to get my friend to an emergency situation. Ask the worker if he would mind putting my coffee in a taller cup and he said he'd have to charge me more. That's absolutely ridiculous but it's their policy and a few McDonald's are like that. They're very letter of the law. Most of the McDonald's I go to will honor my reasonable request to just put it in a taller cup and save me from going back and forth two or three times. I politely yes to speak with the manager Lisa and while she was pleasant, she was unwilling to budge when I gave her a chance to make it right. Then when we got in the car and on the road the coffee was terrible and I've never had bad coffee at a McDonald's in my life. Obviously I wasn't going to turn around and go back and get my money refunded. I just can't believe that someone would be willing to get a bad affiliation over a simple request to make it easier on the customer by just putting it in a larger cup. Waited at their 3rd drive thru window for 15 minutes while waiting for 3 items. They were parking everyone in the drive thru. I get it, busy. However, all of the people that ordered AFTER me were getting their food before me. ALL OF THEM. When I called to ask what was going on, I was told they were waiting on the fish I ordered. For 15 minutes? Don't think so. I worked here when I was younger and I know how long it takes to make one and it's not 15 minutes. When I FINALLY got my order, the kid apologized and said they put an apple pie in for the wait. Went to eat said apple pie and it was very obvious it had been sitting around a LONG TIME. Hard as a rock and not much filling, exactly what happens to one when it sits forever in a warmer. So thanks but no thanks McDonald's in Menominee. Worst experience I've had there...
