Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Menomonie

My wife just ordered a cowboy and chicken garlic pizza in the Menomonie WI store. She asked that the cowboy b=not have black olives. She talked with Andrew. When my son got there Andrew forgot to enter the chicken garlic. There were 10 people in the store and my son would not wait. When my son got home the cowboy had black olives. I called to complain (I was upset) and Andrew hung up on me. When I called and talked to Alex (the alleged manager) he tried to defend Andrew. I told him Andrew sounded like he was stoned (I used to be a drug cop). When he asked what he could do I told him to send someone to our home with the right order. He refused to do that. I ordered online (from about 30 miles away) and was told the 4 pizzas, 2 desserts and 4 half liter sodas would be ready in 34 minutes. We got there almost exactly at that time and the store had only received the order 5 minutes before we got there. We had to wait and they were out of the root beer I had ordered. They said they could not refund the root beer because I had ordered online. This individual store was fine and did their best to expedite the order but Papa Murphy's online system needs work. It shouldn't have taken 25 minutes for them to get my order. We were on our way to another town and promised to bring supper so everyone had to wait for us while the rest of the meal...

I visited their website and checked their hours. They close at 8 pm. It's 7:45 so no problem. Call and order the pizza and I'm told they close at 8. I will be there in plenty of time as I live close. The employee is about done making my pizza as I walk in. We go to the register so I can pay. He looks at me and says I can't take a $50. Huh? New sign on the register says no $50 or $100. I didn't have my wallet as I just grabbed cash and left. Garlic chicken family size isn't a particularly cheap pizza. What if I had ordered 3 pizzas? Totally...
