I usually don’t publicly leave reviews but this is SO WRONG!!! On Sunday the 7th at 1 p.n.my sister had a traumatic incident. The general manager denied using a different slicer for my nephew that has an allergy to dairy. The slicer that my sister requested to be used has been used last year and a half for her by other employees of this restaurant. The general manager, then threatened to call the police and have my sister escorted out of the building, my nephew who is eight is crying at this point he feels bad that his allergy has caused his mom to get in trouble. Now my sister raised her voice and she feels bad for that however being in the restaurant industry myself confused as to why the general manager, Katy I believe her name is Would not accommodate my sister. To make things worse she then sent the police to my sister‘s house and file trespass charges because she didn’t want to clean another slicer to prevent my nephew from having an allergic anaphylactic reaction to dairy. I will be telling everyone I know and making a TikTok in regards to this incident. I’ve never been so disgusted And upset with someone in my whole entire life. It’s one thing to be unhappy with your job or unhappy in life to take it out on a small child and his mother who’s never done anything wrong, involve the police and just be a wicked person is crossing a line!!! I would do ANYTHING to make a Customer feel content about an allergy that he or she or their child might have let alone. The fact that my sister goes to this place five times a month and is a loyal customer or should I say WAS a loyal customer just adds insult to injury!!!!!!!! I’d also be Leary with any allergy here because clearly they Don’t care....
Read moreI REALLY enjoy the subs! So good! HOWEVER…no matter how far in advance I order, or how many employees are behind the counter (currently, 5 as I sit here waiting), it is the sloooooowwwwest process ever. I’m sitting here for now 15 minutes waiting for the subs I ordered over an hour ago. 3 of my subs have been done since I got here…just waiting on the other 4, and as I wait my other subs are getting old. I just can’t with this place anymore. Which is sad because the food is pretty good. Good grief already…I know everyone is doing the best they can, but that’s why I ordered way in advance lol!
10/23/2022 Update: Returned several months later and still the same frustration. It doesn’t seem like they’re short staffed (there are 6 employees behind the counter today, and one is on his phone 😂). They had no problem turning out subs for all sorts of to go orders that are piling up on the counter, but pay no attention to the customers inside your establishment 🤦🏼♀️
01/18/2025 Update: Still completely terrible service. No one said a word to us for about 10 minutes. Not sure what all 5 workers were doing. Making DoorDash orders? Just...

Unfortunately I'm old school and think the "in person queue" deserves more priority than internet orders. But I kept seeing orders slipped into the line and I didn't get to "connect" with any "real workers" other than the first order-taker/slicer. The rest of them were over-worked trying to "keep up" with last minute internet orders. No interface just "money please" type of responses...
I waited in a "5 person = 5 sub line" for 20 minutes. AFAIC: that is NOT a sustainable Lunch-Rush waiting period for in-person customers. Hourly workers can't wait half their lunch break just to get their food!
Curse of Being so Successful: the food is "typical Mikes Way" 5/5 expectations... but the prioritization of waiting customer deserves my 3 of 5 because you can drive to, order, and return from half a dozen sub shops in the same amount of waiting time as...
