I have held back from making this review for a while and I gave this location several chances because it is closest to where I work.. But somehow, I noticed this is a big issue at this location and there is several low reviews About the same issue. So first of all every time I happen to do a mobile order so that it can be ready on time I show up and my drinks either not ready or I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to just get help. I usually put my order in at least 40 minutes before Iāll be there (because somehow itās never done) and thereās been a few times the drink is not done yet! After itās been 15-40 minutes PAST pick up time. And the times that my drink does happen to be ready, I go up to the window and I stand there and wait and watch multiple workers pass by me see me and not even acknowledge me or ask what I need when a drink that is mobile pickup and should not take so long to hand over. Iām very respectful and patient so every time I try to be understanding that they have the drive-through line and they are busy but they really exceed the limit⦠Iāve tried to ask why does it take so long for someone at the window with mobile order to get a drink it defeats the purpose.. they pretty much told me they prioritize drive thru because itās always full. Okay? But I put my mobile order way before and Iām just coming to pick up a drink that should be done!! (Should take less than 2 minutes) thereās been a few times Iāve been late work/class due to this issue.. I plan ahead and they still canāt get my drink at the time I placed the order (or remotely close). I suggest retraining or prioritizing customers at the window/ mobile orders since they just all seem to be working on drive thru drinks or drawing/ talking about non related work topics.. which makes it more frustrating ! It takes a lot for me to complain and this issue has happened to me EVERY time I visit this exact location wether itās busy OR not busy. And today was the same issue, and to top it off my drink was nothing like what it usually should be or taste.. I threw it away because I was so upset about the wait time issue AGAIN and the flavor was just not drinkable, clearly thrown together quickly.. I hope you guys really look into this issue as many others experience it and will decide to go to another business that doesnāt have this reoccurring issue! I ordered a Large Mocha Blended freeze with chocolate drizzle and an extra expresso shot with no whipped cream top.
I've orded this exact drink countless times. Sometimes I throw in the extra expresso shot as I did this time.
The girl taking my order started asking me all kinds of questions about adding flavor shots to my drink and adding chocolate milk and a couple of other questions. So I told her that she is confusing me as I've never been asked these questions before. I then restated my order, word for word and she asked me the the questions again. I was like what's happening??? No one ever ask me all this before. So I told her, look, I just want chocolate on chocolate on chocolate with the extra expresso shot. She said ok, I got you, she took my money and went on to make the drink. A couple mins later another girl came to the window and asked me the same stupid questions again. Again I had to tell this new girl that I've never got these questions before when ordering this drink that I've gotten like 50 times before. I again told this new girl that I want mocha on mocha on mocha with an extra expresso shot. Give me all the chocolates! She said ok... Then another couple mins later my drink was ready. They placed it in the window... I did t respond at first because it was a medium. I order a large. Which I had previously stated twice. It was the first word in my order. So I told the girl that and she said that she'd have to recharge me for a large and remake the drink.
I have never dealt with this before with previous workers. Please hire competent staff because the group of kids you have there right now seem to be severely...

While I was waiting in line at the drive thru, I noticed some of the employees caring drinks out to give to the drivers. One of the employees was touching his neck and face, went back inside and started making drinks, he could not have washed his hands, in the amount of time that it took him to go inside. I paid for my drinks, when I looked at my drinks - the cups were very dirty- with smeared coffee on both of the cups. I asked the cashier at the window if I could have clean cups- she asked one of the employees for 2 extra cups , she sat the drinks inside of a cleaner cup , but they were still filthy. Iām never coming to this Dutch Bros again. The employees need to learn to be clean and wash hands while handling customers drinks. Some of the employees look very nasty too. Iām tempted to go back and get my money back, plus the $2.00 tip. Even though no one deserves any tip at all. When I got home, I didnāt want to drink my drinks, so I tossed them out. Also one employee was smirking as he walked by my car. Thatās the guy that started making drinks, when I got up to the window. He also had a tattoo on his face and looked very disgusting. You need to train these employees better . No one want to order drinks, when employees can not be neat and clean. Well a lesson learned, I guess itās better to waste $15 dollars than to go home and become sick because I donāt know what someone may have done...
