Worst experience I came with 25 min with my wife to have a quick coffee on our lunch. Misty was making other drinks before my order I had came earlier for quad shot espresso and my cup wasnāt were the mobile order I waited 5 min with my cup being on the back counter ready but out of reach idk why it wasnāt were I could pick it up. I politely asked for it and Kate and misty seemed bothered by my request and seemed mad that I couldnāt wait till they were free. After I came back with my wife and ordered the made 3 peopleās orders and a lot of other mobile orders before mines regardless if I ordered before them. I waited 20 minutes to get my drinks made and the didnāt even make mines right I asked for a venti and they gave me a venti cup but grande portion. I asked if they can re make it and she just topped it off with milk and I did not taste anything like I normally get. I waited patiently to see if they would notice and come by like others Starbucks but they did not they just left me there. I didnāt want to disturb them since they seemed upset the last time I came in. it almost felt as if they purposely delayed to make my drink. I never will come to this Starbucks again this was a very pore experience and I didnāt even get to spend quality time with my wife due to me having to go back to work. I have gone to this one on 5 different occasions hoping they would get it together and have not only waited forever each time but they have messed up at least one drink completely each time also. I asked for a peppermint mocha frap and I was given a vanilla bean with what tasted like raspberry syrup. I was then told next time to ask for the drink I have always ordered with no problem everywhere else, to be made with coffee. So I now need to ask for my coffee drink to come with the coffee or I get a vanilla bean with raspberry syrup? Interesting. Then for some reason after they were supposed to fix it, I still ended up with a drink I didnāt ask for! How do you mess that up so many times?? This time it was a Carmel frap. Ā Ā Ā Read moreActually today not so good, I gave one of my children a $5 gift card that I had gotten and had registered under my account so she could buy herself a drink while there studying, and the clerk ended up somehow charging the drinks to the balance of my reward points and nothing to the gift card! It appears as though the gift card was just an open door to all the potential balances on my account and without asking my teenager she went ahead and used my reward points for the 2 drinks. My teenager states she told the clerk that it was a gift card on her mom's account and she was prepared to pay out of her own cash any differences once the gift card was used up, but that did not happen at all, and now the store managers are telling me I have to call the "1 800" number on the back of the gift card to get my reward points back and have the whole transaction reversed and done correctly. At 2 points per $1 that's $150 (at most) of Starbucks...so I am not happy this site is passing the buck by making me fix their mistake! I might just cash out all my points and pull out...
