after calling in an order today for two sandwiches for lunch today both of them were made incorrectly. when I called back and was able to finally reach them, after 10 attempts, I informed them that both subs were made wrong and I wanted either a refund or for them to be remade. they apologized for not answering because they were "swamped". Armando decided to tell me that they were made exactly as I ordered them and that he wasn't going to argue because he was right but if I wanted a refund I would have to bring the subs back in. luckily for me my boss allowed me to go back despite my lunch being over.
when I arrived to the store, they were totally swamped with a whole 2 customers already eating and no one else except for myself. i had to wait roughly 10 minutes for Armando to come talk to me and when he did he asked what was going on and I said "these are the subs you guys made incorrectly" and he replied with "they were not made incorrectly, they were made how you ordered them." he didn't even look at the subs, or pictures I had taken and continued to argue with me. if he did he would have realized one sub had no veggies at all on it, ordered everything but tomatoes and jalapeños, but sure did go heavy on the mayo. the other sub had jalapeños which we never asked for, as we had asked for pickles. he wanted to take my receipt but I refused since I needed for the store information to file a complaint and because he could look it up the order on the register. Me mistakeningly thinking he is the manager, was informed by him that he would need to talk to his manager.
took another 10 minutes to get my refund which I was shorted $1.03. already filed a complaint with corporate and will be talking to the manager and store owner to let them know how Armando likes to treat customers because he can't own up to his own mistake.
this is not the first time I've had my order messed up at this particular location but I will not be...
Read moreI rarely write reviews, but my experience at Subway tonight was frustrating enough to warrant one. My daughter and her boyfriend chose Subway for dinner, so my wife and I decided to treat them. We arrived around 8:30 PM, just half an hour before closing, and it felt like we were a burden to the staff.
First off, the two employees on duty seemed more focused on closing up than helping customers. Everything appeared to be put away already, which gave a very poor first impression. It felt like they were trying to wrap things up as quickly as possible instead of providing good service.
Secondly, I understand that fast food prices are rising, but customer service should not suffer as a result. The staff's attitude was lacking, and it seemed like they had no interest in making our experience pleasant.
To top it off, we were informed that there was no bacon available. Given the high prices, I expected better options. The avocado was a meager amount for $2.50 per sandwich, and it felt like they were cutting corners rather than providing quality food.
This will be my last visit to Subway. I’d rather go to McDonald's and pay the same amount for better service. Customer service is paramount, and I’d gladly pay more for a friendly experience. If management wants more details, I still have...
Read more3/4/25 receipt stamp time 3:33:43pm May this review reach to Whomever that manages at this subway. Anyways I came in and was properly acknowledged and greet by Harold. He was also great at informing customers if it will be a long wait. However the bigger gentleman that works with him needs to be properly RE TRAINED. He’s sweating from his head yet he’s not wearing his hat. He doesn’t have a name tag and when asking how many sandwiches am I ordering. I answered 4 and apparently that was too much for him to handle because he looked shocked and immediately became frustrated. If I didn’t have my hungry son with me I would’ve walked out of there and not even spend one penny at this subway because If 4 simple sandwiches with barely any veggies were too much for you to handle then maybe you should go work somewhere else. I used to manage 2 extremely busy subway locations. One in a mall and one in a state college and let me tell you my 4 sandwiches plus the 2 customers behind me today can’t even compared to the places I’ve managed. With workers like him. This business will surely...
