The food is always delicious. I’ve always been a satisfied customer. The portions are good. The Super Quesadilla is HUGE!!! The chips are good and the salsa has lots of delicious hot flavors! If you dine in, make sure you order a large drink as they don’t do free refills. One thing about Villa’s is they are always consistent with very savory food and good customer service. 8-23-22 I had the carnitas plate today and it was awesome! 12-17-22 I tried their ham Tortas! I love eating here more than most places in town, Villa's is truly a step above all other mexican restaurants in Merced and deserves a full 5 star rating for their authentic flavor and food quality without breaking the bank.

Well proportioned and always very clean. the staff are always willing to help make your meal just the way you want it without overcharging, if it's your first time in Merced or just passing through, this place is a must try. I've taken friends here before and they always want to make it a priority when hanging out.

I've been going to Villa's for quite some time. The best thing I like about this place is the consistency. It's never a hit or miss, you always know what you're going to get. The guys there are always helpful, and when you ask for something (i.e. more salsa and chips) they'll always be glad to get it. The service is friendly and prompt. The only thing I can say this place can work on is it's salsa flavor and stronger flavor in the rice. The rice is very bland and the beans seem to be more seasoned than the rice.
