Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Mercedes

WORST experience ever. On Monday they had customers waiting outside in the cold because they were ONLY allowing 2 people at a time. We all waited about 25 minutes outside. Not only that but when they finally opened the doors for everyone 3 of us ended up leaving because they were ONLY taking cash and NOTHING was prepared it would have to be an extra wait. Keep in mind this happened at 2 in the afternoon. After being told that I let the other customers outside know so they aren't waiting even more. The way they run this business is horrible . The least they could have done was write on a paper stating the amount people allowed in and that they are ONLY taking cash at the moment. I guess it's hard for them to do. Now today I tried to go again in the afternoon and they were CLOSED!! Like seriously..... I honestly don't understand why they can't take a minute to write a on a paper stating "we will be closed for the day " or "will be back at 5pm " or something and tape it on the window so EVERYONE is aware. Maybe adjust the business hours online if they are going to be...

We stopped by this place for a good Pretzel snack but were very disappointed. First of all there's No Customer Service at all. Second, there were only 2 employees working. And when the cashier told the other employee our order, that other employee turns around to look at us with a disgusted face as if saying, "really, you're gonna make me work more". I normally love Auntie Anne's but the service here was horrible. We went in and had to wait a 20 minutes in line just to get to the counter and get told the only have 1 cup of salt pretzels. The rest of the items they had were supposedly seperated already and they weren't going to make more. You're telling me you have a full shop but don't have anything to sell?
