it's SUNDAY April 28. There is around 10 tables max, occupied. 4 peeps at the bar. My girl and i are there to have good food and drinks....BUT..... the bartender/waitperon is 2 busy cleaning/attending othet clients. ..placed and Order of Fried Pickels....which ARRIVED roughly 50 MINUTES LATER...double breaded and almost burned (it had 2 have been sitting there for WAY 2 LONG and COLD) no joke or embellishment. i clocked it. Placed a order for boneless wings, which by the way arrived less than 6 mins (which im still wondering if they were cooked correctly [rethorical observation. i 2 worked the kitchen])...and WITHOUT CELERY STIXX OR CARROTS. (had 2 remind them how 2 do their job) For the time we were waiting for an APPETIZER, i could hear the kitchen/wait staff, playing around, talkin smack; making ALL PAYING PATRONS WAIT longer than they SHOULD.. Finally managed to get a SECOND round of drinks after the HOUR 15 mark. By that time i was set to leave cos NO ONE should have to PUT UP WITH SUCH SHODDY SERVICE. As were leaving, one wait person says to another "where's the kitchen staff" at wich time the other replies "they went to get RASPAS" i assume on the clock cos there was NO ONE in the back. NOT ONCE did i see THE MANAGER seeing/talking to the patrons about their service experience. 1ST and LAST time im setting a foot there. I WORK WAY 2 HARD FOR MY CASH. THEY DON'T...
Read moreWe usually have a good experience, but they fell on their face this time. First time I used the app. Order was suppose to be ready 6:34 to 6:39 PM Saturday 11/2/24. I pulled in at 6:30 PM and waited for the text advising my order was ready(according to app instructions). 6:50 PM no text yet. Went inside, young man was busy on his cell phone. After a couple minutes asked if I needed something, showed him my order and he asked my name, oh yes it's right here. I stated I was suppose to get a text, "Oh our system kicks it off the line and sometimes doesn't text. Then the food, baby back ribs(moist and tender? NO!) were more like the West Texas dry sand. Ordered 2 corn on the cob, dry as a bone and no seasoning like in the restaurant(used to serve like street corn with butter, tajin, parmesan, maybe mayonaise and cilantro). No hint of that, Maybe they changed their offerring but we just had in it inside 2 days ago. I know one thing I will never leave any kind of tip on the app(that's such bull$#!T to ask). Read more4/17/2019 9:20 pm, just left the location with TERRIBLE service. We waited almost an hour until we got annoyed and desperate just to find out the waitress never put in the order. She started blaming other people, but yet she never even wrote down our order? I understand some people have good memory for taking in orders but this exactly what happenes when a little daze off happens, you completely miss putting in an order because you didn’t write it down. We didn’t have time to wait for the “order” to be put on again so we got ice cream as gratitude for their mistake (wow so compelling) which got us even more mad. What seemed to be a night to eat out in family was a ruined because of unprofessional and un-caring employees. NEVER coming back to this location again, waitress didnt even had the guts to come say she was sorry, and sent another guy to do it for her. If this is the way the restaurant is and cares for their customers, then i will recommend people to skip this location and take their money and time to another restaurant where they care for their customers.
