Honeyspot Pizza 4 — Restaurant in Meriden

At one point I was ordering from Honeyspot 3-4 times a week. always ordered what was then the Delux pizza. Pepperoni, sausage, green pepper and onions. Since then this place has changed owners several times. I gave it a try, and well, now the Delux isnt even on the menu anymore, but when i did order pizza from here the crust is way too thin to hold 1 topping i couldnt even imagine trying to get more then one topping. Crust and veggies on pizza were mushy and sauce barely has any flavor. Also toppings were thrown on like the person making the pizza hates their job. Several people i had recommeded here and used to get pizza as often as i did have now stopped ordering from here as well... Its sad because it used to be one of the best pizza places in Meriden.. I personally had 3 different numbers and addresses i used to have saved there and they knew my order when i called, which shows how often i used to order. Also last time i went in there were mice running around in dining area..

TO NEW OWNERS AND STAFF::: Try some consistecy and showing some pride in your products and you may gain us all back. Honeyspot used to be our go to pizza place for sporting events, parties, and office meetings. Also train girl that answers the phone a bit better, not knowing the menu when people call makes people...

I have gotten pizza here many times but this time specifically the food was awful. I got Spicy Honey BBQ wings which were very overcooked. They were hard on the outside as well as the inside. I also ordered a grilled chicken wrap, which was only okay. I asked to have sweet potato fries instead of regular and of course they weren’t in my order. The person who took my order repeated my order to me correctly. I also I never got a receipt at the time of delivery, so I am unsure if I was charged for the substitution that I didn’t get. $32 + tip went down the drain. Very...

Today was my first time ordering from this place. My order was two milkshakes and garlic knots and I’ve never been this disappointed in my life. Milkshake was super watery no milkshake consistency at all and minimal flavor. The garlic bits were hard, chewy and flavor less. First and LAST TIME. Also the good reviews that they have don’t be fooled it’s there own family and friends praising them. Unfortunately this place is super mediocre with low quality...
