My son and I went to the shop today as a walk-in for the first time, and Pito was very welcoming upon entering. He notified us it would be a few minutes if we didn’t mind waiting, which was very courteous. He did such a great job with my 6 yr old son’s hair (he has A LOT of it) and was very patient. My son typically doesn’t like getting his hair cut and really enjoyed the experience. The barbershop was very clean and I saw other single moms there which made me feel comfortable. The barber that did my sons hair did a great job, she was able to listen and achieve the outcome I wanted but I do feel like the environment isn’t kid friendly and felt disrespected by the owner after posting a Facebook status about his unprofessional behavior he decided to message me about it which was unnecessary as we are all entitled to our own opinions and review. The owner should’ve considered correcting the situation and offered a future discount, not harass one through social media about seeming to intimidate...
