I am glad this restaurant finally opened and we now have a local option for one of the tastiest cuisines in the world. The food is exquisite and the staff charming and attentive. I think that because they opened recently, the setting is not greatly produced or the selection of dishes extensive. But, everything I saw and tasted I think was done well. I went for dinner with my elementary-school-age daughters and they enjoyed the experience. We met and talked to José, the owner. His passion and care for his craft was evident.
