So in this one humble man's opinion Baskin-Robbins has really good ice cream. It's just a crying shame that the staff they hire has to have such a piss poor attitude. I've had three experiences in the last week with this location due to the fact it's hot and I love mint chocolate chip. The first experience I had the two girls at the counter were extremely nice and outgoing with the guy that was above them managing the place was screaming and yelling at him and talking to them in a melodramatic tone with a lot of derogatory words to the fact that they were afraid to ask him how to show them how to get change out of the register so I could tip the girl that helped me. I had to correct his manner. Second time I visit again ice cream is good attitudes are terrible. The third time is exactly the same from all staff this time with my daughter and my niece and they tell us that they can't serve us inside the doors were only open because they let their friends in if we need service we have to go outside to the drive thru window that is literally 15 ft away. Needless to say there won't be a fourth time I can't continue with the attitude that they are giving me and there is...
Read more(: I had a frustrating experience with the District manager who, in my perception, seemed disrespectful. After conveying my concerns, she abruptly shut the window, displaying a lack of receptivity to feedback and appearing immature. I believe there's a need for better training, especially considering the inconsistency among staff members. When employees follow different procedures, it causes confusion for regular customers who have specific ordering preferences. Establishing and enforcing consistent rules across the team could simplify operations and enhance the overall experience for customers. The situation was further complicated when the red-haired girl mentioned that I would be charged for the drizzle, but unfortunately, it was omitted from my order. Despite the oversight, I was still charged for it. This inconsistency in service raises concerns about accuracy and attentiveness, highlighting the need for improved attention to detail and better communication within the...
Read moreI don’t know if it’s me or everything just sucks in this state: I’ve been to several Baskin Robins and this is the first one I’ve been to in Idaho and also the worst experience I’ve ever had. I walked in and waited about 5 minutes to even be greeted with only drive thru customers ahead of me. A lady was helped before me that walked in after me. When we were finally asked what we wanted they were out of several flavors. So I quickly changed my mind. I watched the worker scoop ice cream in and he had to reach so deep into the freezer that he broke the drawer off. Then this dude literally dropped a scoop out of my ice cream onto the counter, looked me dead in the eyes and then just scooped it into the blender. I would’ve asked him to remake it but at this point my girlfriend and I had already been in the store for 45 minutes so oh well, at least the lady who made my girlfriends shake knew what she was doing and fixed the door on the freezer so...
