Finally got to check this place out! It's a darling venue, very bright and modern. It has a very big city feel to it. It reminds me of the boba and Asian bakery shops in Cali or Texas. We ordered a few things today! We grabbed the phó, combination sandwiche and the half and half cheese and hotdog potatoe corn dog. The phó came out piping hot! The broth had great color to it. They give you a generous side of hean sprouts, basil and jalapenos! The noodles were a little overcooked so they were mushy half way through eating my bowl. The broth could have used a little more saltiness to it, it was a little bland. The combination sandwich was really good! It had a little of everything. I love the pickled diakon and carrots on the sandwich. The bread is fresh and warm. I grabbed a lychee black tea for a dessert and it was killer! A must have! A total recommended if you're looking for a good Vietnamese style sandwich. The corn dog we ordered was also very good! It was half cheese half hot dog in the middle and the exterior of the hot dog had potatoes on it! The crunch was great! The cheese pull was great! It was yummy! If you're looking to add some boba, phó or a corn dog to your day, this place is it! I can't wait to come back and try other things...
