Starbucks — Restaurant in Meridian

They got my order wrong at a different Starbucks I didn’t realize it until I got on the freeway and couldn’t go back. I went to the closest Starbucks which happened to be this one and explained what happened. They were questionable about me even asking them to redo my coffee and were very annoyed..the female had an attitude about it and when they redid it they somehow managed to redo it wrong and they were even more upset they got it wrong and had to redo it again. I came again to the drive thru about a month later and their were younger kids working.. when I was ordering my drink the girls were having a conversation and laughing over the intercom and then when I pull to the window the girl who was working drive thru was rude didn’t acknowledge me at all I was sitting their for 15 minutes and then she came to the window handed me my food and drink and shut the window no “how are you?” no “have a good day”or anything. I meet clients 2 to 3 times a week at this location. Sometimes I order a drink, and sometimes I just ask for tall ice water. It's never been an issue. This last week was someone new. She said no, it's against policy. I told her I'd been in recently and many times, and it's never been an issue. We went back and forth for a moment. I looked for something additional to purchase, she asked if the person I was meeting would order anything. I assumed she would. Asked if I should wait for them. This location has been in a steady decline for the last couple months wich is sad because it used to be our favorite. Today was the 3rd time I've now been givin a wrong BLACK TEA LEMONADE SWEETENED I just don't understand what's so hard about such a simple order? They even confirmed it today and still only gave me a black tea unsweet?! They weren't even busy but it also seemed like the dark haired girl with tattoos at the drive just really didn't care and was living in her own world.
