A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Merriam

First time at this location. We waited about 15mins for our food even though there was no one else in line before us. We got a bacon double cheeseburger, a papa burger, a single cheeseburger, a chicken (strip) sandwich, 2 fries, 2 chili cheese dogs and 2 drinks. When we finally got our food, the single cheeseburger was missing the lettuce we paid for, the food was luke warm at best being handed to us in our car. After getting home about 5-10mins later and opening our food, our burger buns and the fries were soggy. The food itself tasted ok, it was edible. I spend $25 dollar o the most horrible food ever tried the concept of the restaurant it's like an old restaurant style whit the chairs and round tables but I feel like a decent tile or even decent paint help I was hungry and I stop there thinking that It's going to be good but Surprise I never going back I try to wash my hands and the restroom it's like from another planet , fly's everywhere , nasty and rusty I definitely don't feel safe to send my kids to the restroom I almost ask for my money back but I give them a chance on the food like you never know . We waited patiently for someone to take our dine in order. Finally a worker did take our order. He asked him to read it back which he did. He brought our order over to our table but it was wrong. We pointed this out and he apologized and sent it back. He later brought us our order again and he realized it was wrong this time. He went back to replace it again and still was wrong. He did offer to try again but hearing the cook not very happy we decided this wasn't a good idea and were afraid our order might be tampered with if he tested fate and sent it back again.
