Excellent quality ice cream. Many flavors are fantastic. As long as they keep the quality up happy to pay the reasonable prices even if they go up. Highly recommend Black Raspberry, raspberry cheesecake truffle, chocolate tsunami, chocolate peanut butter cup and at the Nashua location butter crunch. The mobile app is excellent to order online and pick up as well. I am very impressed with the level of technology they invested into the app that I have used for two summers. It remembers your order so you can see the combinations you’ve done in the past which is nice even a year later. I imagine they will consider DoorDash and have ice cream delivered to peoples homes. But in the meantime the online order option for pick up is so incredible compared to the days when you had to wait for them to hand scoop a half quart of ice cream while families behind you in line would have to wait for 10 minutes and wonder what the heck was taking so long it was just such a great call and I applaud the company for doing that. Tried it for the first time and would never go back. I was so surprised after hearing such great things. The servings were so small and it was way overpriced! $22 for 2 kiddies and 2 regular soft serves that were more like the size of a kiddie. Service was okay. I ordered a regular soft serve. The cup was barely half full and the ice cream was not good. My son, who has a sweet tooth and absolutely loves ice cream, threw his (coffee) in the trash after a few bites, saying it tasted odd. I agreed along with my other child and husband. My husband and I had soft serve/creme de menthe & espresso and our other child had bubblegum. All tasted odd. We've yet to come across an ice cream place we didn't like and this was like flavored watery sugar that left a fake aftertaste. So disappointing! We ended up throwing them out. While there we watched others throw theirs out too. If you want real delicious homemade ice cream go to King Kone! Cheaper, delicious, you get much more and never leave...

Just tried the Merrimack NH locations for the first time. I was somewhat dissappointed that old standbys such as pistachio and butter pecan were nowhere to be seen in the hard ice cream offerings. I ordered the French vanilla instead in a sugar cone. They do offer flavored soft serve but I've never been partial to that variant.

Service was quick and friendly. I do agree with a prior reviewer that the color was somewhat off-putting; it looked like a scoop of butter (Very yellow, much like eggnog) in a cone. It tasted okay- but felt that it was average, not a standout.

In fairness one cone isn't a good sampling of what they produce and offer, so I'll try one of the other flavors another time. Hopefully it does a better job of wowing me.

There are plenty of food offerings as well (dogs, chicken salad, chili, etc., ) As well as floats, milkshakes and even lime rickeys.

A little area competition is a healthy thing so let's see how they do against the other local ice cream...
