Merritt Square Mall — Restaurant in Merritt Island

This was my favorite place to eat every time we come to the mall but today I and very upset at the service !! I found a hair in my pizza and the guy was very nice apologized and gave me a new one when I went to get a refill in which I have never paid for a refill ever since I have been going there for years!! And when I went to get a refill Nathan the manager told me it was .69 cents so I said okay went went and got the change and when I went back I asked when they started charging for a refill and he said ever since he's been there and then tried to charge me 74 cents for a refill at this point I'm pissed and I expaind how I had a hair in my pizza and then this I am not a happy customer I know my story might not do anything but I will never eat at sbarros in Merritt island fl...

I've been a patron since the 80's. In fact, I believe a long time employee now owns the place as an adult. The service is top notch and the food is excellent. Perfect for grabbing a bite to eat before seeing a movie next door. They don't just have pizza either (Stromboli and Pasta) and the bread sticks are a must have. Everytime I go to the Merritt Square Mall, I grab a slice of the "White Pizza" (actually a ranch style pizza) and some breadsticks. All the employees are courteous and will reccommend food if you are overwhelmed with choices. As someone who has visited Sbarro at Merritt Square mall frequently over the years, I can confidently say that they consistently deliver on quality and freshness when it comes to their pizza. But what really sets Sbarro apart for me is the staff. Every time I visit, I am greeted warmly and treated like a valued customer.
