If I could give 0 stars I would. Last yr I went into this store because the clothing caught my whole attention and the ONLY LADY that works there THE SAME WOMAN THAT ALL OF THESE REVIEWS SAY IS RUDE, she harassed me and began an unnecessarily interrogation about who was I with and why was I visiting the store. My daughter and her partner went in there 3 WEEKS AGO, I hadn't said anything about this place, and she did the same thing to them. Now, judging by the way she treats the customers and this store always being empty, all I can think of is this store is a front. I have no proof, but the least you can do (PERSON LEASING THIS SPACE) is have better customer service. I would HAVE LOVED to buy clothes there, but I won't ever set foot in there again. AND I highly suggest you don't either, unless of course you want to have the worst experience going into a store. It's a shame because the clothing is very beautiful and alot of ethnic women like me enjoy this wear.
Update: If you have the time to reply to each customer that walked inside your store front, and you mistreated, with a salty "Jesus loves you, and we do too" PLEASE SHARE THAT SAME ENERGY TO YOUR WALKIN CUSTOMERS. MAYBE, then Jesus will...
Read moreThe black female employee at this location is extremely rude. My wife and daughter entered in order to look at some dresses. They entered the fitting room and my daughter liked 3 of the dresses she tried on, but she did not like the color of the fourth dress. However, that fourth dress was available in a different color. So my wife went to the rack to bring my daughter the different colored dress. That's when the employee rudely barked "what are you doing?" to which my wife stated "my daughter wants to try on this dress in a different color." The employee then rudely stated "that dress is one size so she doesn't need to try it on. You can't take another color of the same dress into the fitting room."
This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Just because a dress is one size, people still like to try on different colors to see how different colors look on them based on their skin tone and other factors. Because of this employee's rude attitude, my family and I simply walked out and didn't buy any of the dresses we intended to buy. I would highly suggest that no one patronize this store, as that employee's attitude is...
Read moreTook our business elsewhere. My wife and 3 daughters (17, 4, 2 years old) were interested in the Prom dress selection in Touch of Class in the Merritt Square mall for our senior at MIHS. In the entrance area our 4 year old loved the mannequin and its clothes. She touched the clothing on the mannequin and the store representative immediately yelled at my family and told my wife "No Children" were allowed to be in the store. Our toddler was not being rough, had clean hands and was minding her manners but was scared by the rude woman's behavior. My wife took our girls to another store to purchase a $250 prom dress. Complaint filed with...
