I don’t often expect fabulous customer service anymore, it seems that with all going on generally these days, priorities are often just “getting through “ each order, so when I had difficulty ordering within the online app? The call I placed to order (had to do with inability to customize order) was placed with low expectations in all areas. Was I wrong, and very pleased to admit my mistake in thinking otherwise! I have now had the pleasure to order several times from this location and every time the service was outstanding (Tanya specifically) and the one time and order was incorrectly disbursed (On pickup, it was a very busy time, accidentally handed another order & partially my mistake as I did not check before leaving 🤷🏼♀️) upon speaking with the professional Tanya to inform her of the receiving incorrect portion of order (I did not call to complain, I called only to let them know in case the person receiving my order called? The mixup would be solved, not wondering who got what) she was so kind, immediately responded with a gratuitous remake for my account in next order, although I insisted not necessarily as mistakes happen and I actually enjoyed trying the type I would not have thought enjoyable?
But it WAS quite good, accidentally expanding my choices! But I am honestly so surprised by the incredible service provided by this location? I also think that good customer service should be the norm, not the exception? But as not so in my experiences these past months anyway, I highly recommend this location and specifically Tanya in providing assistance of all professional aspects, and very much appreciated the time...
Read moreThis is the worse experience I have ever had ordering pizza. I was staying at a Hilton hotel and decided to order some pizzas for a conference I am attending. I first call and place my order, they charge me over the phone and say my delivery time would be in around 30-40 minutes. I call after an hour had passed and I still hadn’t received my order, to check and see if everything was okay, and they say my order was “on the way.” Another 30min. pass by and I call again and now they claim that they had “received the order late” and that it wasn’t ready. I had called an hour and a half ago! So I tried to cancel my order and get a refund but they proceeded to ignore me and did not cancel it. So I tried calling again and they wouldn’t answer, I later realized they had been ignoring my calls because when I called from a different phone number they did in fact answer. Instead of refunding and canceling my order, they did eventually tried to deliver it (after 2 and a half hrs) and when the Hilton management told them we had canceled the order and needed a refund, the delivery guy had a horrible attitude and said he didn’t care and that we had to take it up with his store manager. Overall, it was a horrible experience and they have horrible customer service. Not only are we not ordering from Papa Johns again, it also left a horrible taste in other people’s mouths that we’re staying at the hotel and conference with us and those that were working...
Read moreIf I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered a pizza and several sides for delivery yesterday afternoon at 4:46pm. I received and email notification that said I would have my order in 31 minutes. At 6:00 pm my son called to see where the order was, Chloe said she was just getting ready to leave. At 6:10 pm, Chloe called my phone (I ordered) and said she had three deliveries and she was headed to the second and would be delivering my order in 10 minutes. At 6:40 pm, Chloe went to my neighbors and tried to deliver, my son flagged her down and she delivered our food. It was the pizza was ice cold - as were the bread sticks, wings, and jalapeno rolls - Ice cold! Everything needed to be warmed including the garlic sauce. This is the second time this happened. I believe they wait until they have more then three orders before heading out for delivery. And if they do, I could understand that if they did not charge for delivery - but since I have to pay $5.00 for delivery (It's only 1.3 miles from Papa John's to my house), I expect hot food in a reasonable amount of time. Not waiting 2 hours for cold pizza! And with all the other pizza places in the area - I will not be ordering...
