Moldy bread and spoiled cream bought less than 2 days ago.

Bought some bread from this place Saturday afternoon and stored them in a shaded, air conditioned room. Now Monday morning I was eating one of them at work, it tasted very sour but I assumed the new owner changed their recipes. As I looked down from my computer screen I see green mold inside and on top of the bread, the cream appeared to be spoiled as well. Already ate half of it hope I don’t develop food poisoning later. We randomly stumbled into this seemingly unassuming bakery while visiting Phoenix. Boy, what a happy surprise! While the store setup was very minimalistic, there were an abundant choices of goodies that I've never seen before. Yogurt bun is one of them and after accepting a quick sample from the owner, we were hooked. I haven't been to this bakery for few years, and their bread used to be good and tasty. But recent visit experience surprised me that their bread quality has become so bad. First the bread size, and shape don't look like from a professional bakery, they looks even worse than the ones you can get on the supermarket shelf.
